Our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is the perfect place to relax and recharge. Two of the bedrooms feature plush king-size beds for an exceptionally comfortable night’s rest.

You’ll have everything you need for a worry-free stay: fast WiFi, central A/C and heat, a fully stocked kitchen, and complimentary coffee to start your mornings right. With two full bathrooms—plus a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board—getting ready for the day is simple and convenient.

We’ve stocked a bin of toys and outdoor balls for little ones, and the spacious fenced backyard features a fun tetherball setup that kids (and adults!) enjoy.

Whether you're visiting Joplin for work, adventure, family time, or medical appointments, our home offers a welcoming and peaceful base for your stay. And if you need anything at all, we’re always just a message away and happy to help.

Very clean, spacious, and quiet even though the house is near one of the busiest intersections in town. The location was extremely convenient to restaurants, my family, and shopping in town. I would definitely book this property again if I needed to be in town for a few days.

Amazing location and amazing house!! Perfect for my little family Honestly the place was better than described. Check in and out was super easy and I also loved that Downstream Casino was only 15 minutes away.10/10 would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean. Definitely Family Friendly, puzzles, toys , yard games. The backyard was all fenced in. The only thing that wasn’t comfortable for us was the living room couch. It sat very low .

The house has been freshly re-done and is in really great condition. The couch in the living room is large but not very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and furnished. We have no complaints AT ALL about the house, its location, cleanliness, or the nice, peaceful neighborhood. It would, however, be nice if the closets had a way to hang up some clothes. All things considered, it was a very nice place to stay!

We had no issues with anything at all. Knives were dull and not enough cutting boards in the kitchen.

We also love that it offers quick access to I-44, making it easy to explore nearby towns, visit family in the region, or enjoy a night out at Downstream Casino.

The neighborhood itself is quiet, easy to navigate, and perfectly located for both short visits and longer stays. It’s the kind of spot where you can relax at home but still be close to everything Joplin has to offer — and that’s what we enjoy most about it.
