While the property is totally private, with no neighbours to be seen, it is one mile from the center of town where you'll find restaurants, shops and gas, and just 5 miles from the nearest supermarket.
Towns like Calicoon, Narrowsburg or Milford are just a short drive away, as is the Bethelwoods Center for Arts concert venue, at the site of the 1969 Woodstock Festival.
