Great experience and property

Latonya was great with her communication. The house was clean and had everything we would need. The house is also pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Would stay here again if I needed to.

I’m going to be honest with the review for others that may stay there. I would like to say that the host was quick to respond and communicated quickly! The house is in a great location and is beautiful on the inside, but unfortunately it was very poorly maintained. I travel quite a bit, and this was the worst experience I’ve had with a rental.When we arrived, the yard and landscaping were extremely overgrown. I overlooked that because it’s a relatively minor issue, although it certainly wasn’t the best first impression.The biggest problem was the overwhelming smell of marijuana when we walked in. It wasn’t a faint odor—it was very strong and immediately noticeable.The dishwasher had obviously been broken for quite some time. Mold had grown and dried onto utensils and glasses that were inside, so we had to wash all of the dishes before we could even eat dinner.The floors and countertops were dirty, the trash had not been taken out, and the doors, walls, and cabinets all needed to be wiped down. The master bathroom door, in particular, was absolutely disgusting.The house also wasn’t minimally stocked without proper utensils, seating area, and hair dryer. This wasn’t a good experience, but I’m certain the host will make the property better.

I will never rent to the guy again!!! He want too book outside of vrbo & not pay you all your money they stole my radio messed my garage up took my house keys. If you do rent out to him make sure to go through vrbo
