Welcome to Puamana 153-1, a two-bedroom + loft townhome in the tranquil, gated Puamana community just south of Lahaina. Set on 30 private oceanfront acres, Puamana offers a peaceful alternative to high-rise resorts—just steps from the shoreline and perfectly located for exploring the best of West and Central Maui.
This gardenview unit features two upstairs bedrooms and a loft with twin beds, all accessed via a spiral staircase. While the staircase adds architectural interest, it may not be suitable for small children or those with mobility issues. The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a half bath, and there is another full bathroom on the main level. The home is air-conditioned with wall units and ceiling fans in every room for added comfort.
