Our fully central air conditioned condo unit 711 is beautifully appointed with island decor throughout. The master suite boasts a tropical trip-tic by a local artist. In addition, the dining and living areas also include original art. From the moment you step in the door you will be greeted by a breathtaking view of the ocean: Lana'i island to the left and Molokai island to the right. As you proceed to our 43ft. wraparound lanai, you will most often be greeted by green sea turtles as they feed on coral in the surf. You'll enjoy our free WiFi throughout the condo and cable TV in both bedrooms and the living room. Our full kitchen with new appliances is well stocked with service for 6 and a washer/dryer is located in the unit. The dining table seats 6. The master suite is large with a comfortable king bed w/luxury linens; a 42' flat panel TV/DVD; and a clock radio w/docking station. The guest bedroom has twin beds that convert to king if desired; a 36' flat screen TV/DVD; clock radio with docking station. Both main bathrooms include a tiled walk-in shower with luxury linens. The living room has a comfortable queen size foldout couch with large flat screen TV and DVD player. Free wireless internet (WIPI) is available within the unit. To the left as you walk in the front door is a bonus 1/2 bath which is desirable for when you have guests over to visit. The wraparound couch in the living room folds out to a queen bed, so the condo sleeps six comfortably. Three sets of sliders give access to the 43ft. wraparound lanai from the dining area, living area, and master bedroom. This provides breathtaking and seemingly private ocean and mountain views. The Royal Kahana property boasts a spacious pool area with a large heated pool; an impeccably maintained lawn area with lounge furniture for sunbathing; a large indoor cabana for dining and entertainment; several gas barbeques, ping pong tables, and shuffleboard. There is an exercise room with treadmills, weight machines, and stair-stepper. Parking is available outside or in the underground garage. The Royal Kahana resort charges $18 per day for parking.
