Sea Crest is an Ocean Front resort with all the amenities you could ask for. On-site gym, seasonal outdoor bar, hot tub and 3 swimming pools. Sea Crest #2110 is on the first floor with quick access to the pool and the beach. Sea Crest features covered parking and an incredible landscaped courtyard with fountains. Within a few steps of Sea Crest you can find more restaurants, ice cream, shopping, coffee, putt putt golf and grocery stores at Coligny Plaza. Unit 2110 is 1,327 square feet and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully furnished and the owners have thought of everything you will need while staying at Sea Crest. This ocean side 2 bedroom/2 bath condo will be a true escape to paradise. There is a King in the master bedroom, and two doubles in the guest bedroom.

Seacrest Condos

I love staying here but the unit we stayed in this time was not up to standards we are used to when staying at Seacrest.The bathrooms need to be updated, half of the plugs don’t work and the door stops are coming off.

I would not recommend this unit. Needs a lot of TLC

This rental needs a lot of maintenance and basic upkeep done. It was dirty and things were shoved everywhere in closets and cabinets. Only one kitchen dish towel and wash cloth. Washer and dryer sounded like they were falling apart when running. It to almost 3 hours to get load of towels dry. Small refrigerator whistled while running. Dust was accumulated on all vents and ceiling fans.

Beautiful place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa was beautiful and in a perfect location. No need to drive anywhere. Our rental company was amazing. Very accommodating and were quick to respond to any questions. Unfortunately we discovered that one of the a/c units wasn’t working. When I contacted the rental company about it, they came out right away. The also kept us in the loop regarding repairs which was so nice to have that line of communication. They even gave us a partial refund due to the inconvenience. (I didn’t ask for one as it wasn’t their fault but they were respectful and provided one due to the unit not being as it should be). I would definitely rent this Villa and through this company again. Both are amazing!

Love sea crest

Sea crest villas are our go to spot to stay when traveling to Hilton Head Island. This was our first time using seashore vacations. I would recommend mailing or emailing codes as having to stop at the office was a bit inconvenient for my family as we were getting there after hours. The room was not up to our standards in cleanliness. I have a change over cleaning business at home and I would have never left a place I cleaned in this condition. Bed coverings had blood stains on them had to call to get new ones but couldnt reach anyone til Monday and we checked in on Saturday. Once I got someone they brought new blankets right away. Other than that our stay was great. The room is at a very convenient location to all the amenities offered at the condo complex. The vayk gear provided was very convenient as well. Very thankful to not have to pack beach chairs or bikes for the trip. All in all our stay was nice! The kitchen even had a crockpot that we used for dinners.

The location overshadows the uncleanliness and outdated unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Sea Crest properties before, and are generally pleased with the experience. This particular unit in which we stayed was, for the most part, very disappointing. Upon entering the unit, we were excited but that quickly dissipated after realizing how unkempt the unit was. After settling in, my wife disinfected the entire unit - it was VERY dirty. She literally cleaned the entire place - bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen - because it was disgusting. Additionally, it was very damaged and outdated. Did we make do? Yes - we're on vacation, but would we stay here again? No.

Great location, not great condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is right on the beach and next to Coligny Plaza which has restaurants and shops and a grocery store...great location! The condo is not well maintained. It definitely needs updated, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The condo itself was dirty and there were areas in the kitchen that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The family room sofa was comfortable, as were the beds. The "balcony" has two worn, plastic chairs and really not enough room for anything more than that. The management company agent got very snippy with me, although I realize that we had unusual circumstances and I was frustrated, but there was no reason for his rudeness. And the condo still uses a key, not a keypad, which is a real inconvenience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is not our first time staying in this unit or with seashore vacations. They communicate everything well. Upon entering the unit it was very dirty (bathrooms not clean at all including urine on toilets) texted after hours and they got right back to me and had the cleaning lady come back out to refresh after the weekend. I have nothing bad to say about the property management they are excellent!! The unit is great first floor is nice as you don’t always have to wait for the elevator to go down to the pool or beach. Pool area is fantastic and Pool Bar Jim’s always serves the best food and drinks! The unit itself is perfect for families. We cooked in the unit and there are ample supplies. Thank you Seashore Vacations. We will be back.

Disappointed

Reviewer Comments: As always the management company did their job well.I was disappointed in the unit and the overall facility.The unit was over supplied with bath towels, but no beach towels. Other people in our party in the same complex had 4 supplied. Easy fix and convenience.There was no simple shampoo or bath sample needs to even get started on a trip. Again the other unit supplied an ample package.There as only one elevator for the 5 stories causing frustration and delays waiting on usage.Cleaning was overall good, but lighting,picture frames and fans were coated in heavy dustLastly, both showers had black mold. Not serious, But certainly should have been cleaned between guests.I had heard Seacrest was an upscale luxury comp,ex, we didn’t see it

The carpets need cleaning , bedroom door will not shut for privacy, the balcony screen door is broke and the handle to the bedroom balcony door is broke. However the rest was clean, great vacation and stay. The Sea feast crew always reached out and gave responses. Easy to work with and very nice. Would stay here again but does need doors fixed for privacy and security reasons s ad well as the carpet needs pulled up or cleaned. Tile would make it easy for visitors to sweep up sand through the week if needed. We had a great time and would rent again from Sea Crest. They have more rentals across the street as well.

Unfortunately since work is being done our view was 2 empty ponds.My granson'toy went under couch & he pulled out a vape cartridge box, thankfully empty. Much trash under couch. I did not clean it out. Balcony was covered in cigarette ashes. Washer &dryer were filthy on top, lint trap not cleaned out& we had to rewash a load because something in washerwgot all over our clothes. Made us wonder if cleaning crew cleaned bathrooms, etc or just wiped them down. Our stay was very enjoyable besides cleaning issues l

EXCELLENT LOCATION!

We had a great time staying in this condo! It is located near the elevators, pools and beach. Furnishings were nice and comfortable, but we would have liked having blankets on the bed as the quilts bedspreads were very thin. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. We would choose to stay here again!

Winter Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 12th year spending the winter on HIlton Head Island dogging the snow in northern Michigan. As always, the Seashore staff made our stay painless. The are extremely helpful and responsive to every aspect. Sea Crest 2110 is ideally located on the ocean directly cross the street from Coligny Plaza and all the shops, restaurants and entertainment. Also on the property is the world famous Pool Bar Jim’s beachfront bar. The unit is well maintained, up to date and well equipped.

Great location!

The location cannot be beat... it's an easy walk to numerous restaurants and shops. And Pool Bar Jim's onsite was nice for beach eats and drinks.
