Welcome to this POOL home with 2 GOLF CARTS! Spacious and inviting. UPGRADED WHITE cabinetry, extended DOUBLE PANTRY, GRANITE countertops. PLANTATION SHUTTERS. Featuring a large pool surrounded by an expansive deck and birdcage. Located near Spanish Springs Town Square and Lake Sumter Landing; Close to Tierra Del Sol Country Club and Championship Golf Course; Hacienda Championship Golf Courses, and Hacienda Regional Recreation Centers. No cats. Dogs under 20 lbs allowed with pet fee. Welcome to a dream POOL home in the Village of Palo Alto! The amazing pool, with approximately 3 to 7 feet with tremendous deck space is protected by an extra-large high birdcage and surrounded by mature privacy landscaping. This stunning block-and-stucco Sedona model offers a spacious and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout with a wealth of desirable features. Third bedroom set up as a den with a sleeper sofa for 2 more guests. Step inside to discover an open floor plan highlighted by high ceilings, elegant wood laminate flooring, and a bright living/dining area that seamlessly flows through a large sliding door to your private lanai and pool area. The kitchen is a chef’s delight with its UPGRADED WHITE cabinetry, extended DOUBLE PANTRY, GRANITE countertops, and modern white appliances. A spacious dinette with a bay window and PLANTATION SHUTTERS make this space both functional and inviting. Retreat to the primary bedroom, which boasts a generous walk-in closet and a sliding door that opens directly to the outdoor pool area. The en-suite bathroom is a luxurious escape, featuring dual sinks with granite countertops and a convenient tiled shower. In addition to the primary suite, there are two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom, providing ample space for family or guests. The home also includes an indoor laundry area for added convenience. The expansive outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring a large pool surrounded by an expansive deck and birdcage, perfect for enjoying sunny Florida days. Other features include: neutral color scheme, attic stairs, inside laundry, whole home gutters, and more! The beautifully landscaped yard adds to the home's curb appeal and offers a serene setting for relaxation. You are renting the entire home and private pool. My friends Debbie and Steve will be your hosts while in The Villages, and they will help you with any needs during your visit. The pool has solar heating and temperature may vary depending on atmospheric conditions and the time of year. Lifestyle ID's are available for the length of your stay. These ID's will allow you to use all the amenities that the villages has to offer such as Executive Golf Courses, Recreation Centers, Community Pools, etc. The cost is $50 for your party. We do not allow smoking in the house. Pool service comes typically on Tuesdays and will need access to clean the pool. There are security cameras in the front and the rear of the property, as well as in the garage to facilitate the remote garage door opener. There are NO cameras located inside the house.

Spent three 4 days 3 nights. Great quiet neighborhood. Golf Carts were perfect for getting around. Property Manager Steven Clark was very responsive and easily accessible. We would definitely recommend this home in the villages.

Everything was great. Having a golf cart, a pool and close to 2 of the squares was perfect. The house layout was great for 2 couples.

The battery was dead on one of the golf carts but, the problem was resolved quickly.The house was very nice and suited our needs perfectly. I would suggest putting a regular bed in the 3rd bedroom instead of the sofa bed which was pretty uncomfortable.

Place was clean with all the utensils needed in the kitchen. Golf carts were an added bonus. Pool was great. Definitely worth the money we paid!

Beautiful Villages pool home

The home was fantastic. Very clean, beautiful layout, comfortable beds, beautiful pool and screened in lanai area. The home was located in a perfect area in the Villages convenient to everything.

Amazing! Communication with the Host/Owner was always available. The home is absolutely beautiful! I actually asked the owner if I could buy it! Everything was very clean and orderly. The location was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the golf carts for one day. They provided us with the necessities and beyond. Definitely hope to stay here again!! Beyond our expectations!! We all loved it! Thank you for making our family trip memorable!

Advertised as having a heated pool...water temp was never above60 degrees..Counter top in master bath had not been cleaned....AC return and bathroom vents have not been cleaned in months...lid on kitche trash container was very soiled...for the amount charged it was not a 5 star experience..about 3.9

One of the things that happened that weekend was the pool lights did not work. And that’s what sold us on house. We had over 200 worth of food to be delivered our first night there. We unpacked the food and went to bed. When we woke up the fridge wasn’t working and all our food went bad. The owner did give us money for our food. We lost a whole day of vacation waiting for a new fridge to be delivered. Then all through the house had vertical blinds and every time you touched on blind some of it would just fall off. So as far as going back there. No Way.
