Welcome to "Bayfront Oasis", one of a kind custom Bayfront home with panoramic views of the Barnegat Bay! Beautiful sunrises, moonrises and sunsets, directly across is the Barnegat Lighthouse, Inlet, Tice Shoal & Island Beach State Park. Half an hour from Seaside Heights boardwalk and Long Beach Island. You will enjoy Swimming, Fishing, Crabbing, and Clamming in the backyard, cooking a seafood dinner caught, not bought. Two canoes and two kayaks are included.

If you stay in this home, you will understand these words:
The Sun kissing you at your window
The water dancing in your eyes
The moon shining through the ocean
You don’t want to leave, but is time…

Open floor plan throughout your main entertaining area. Airy family room has soaring ceilings accented in wood & skylight! There are a total of three bedrooms and two upgraded full bathrooms. All bedrooms have king beds. Living room has a pull out sofa.

There are endless of activities in the area. Drive up to Double Trouble State Park for great hiking trails or Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge for the area's natural beauty , venture to Barnegat Light, where you will find Barnegat Lighthouse State Park. Island Beach State Park offers one of the nicest beaches in New Jersey, while Long Beach Island is one of the most popular family vacation destinations. Head to Seaside Heights for its bustling boardwalk, or take a day trip down to Atlantic City.

Parties, outside guests, and disruptive behavior to the neighborhood is strictly forbidden. No drugs allowed, minimum age of rental is 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the entire stay. Grill is provided, guests are responsible to fill up the propane tank when it is out at the nearby gas station.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Half of the pictures shown were taken by guests, stay and share the fun. Water activities are at your own risk.

This was our second vacation here with our family. We once again were blessed to enjoy both couple time and family time with our adult children in their twenties. We continued to build upon last year's memories with many more exciting and relaxing adventures like fishing, kayaking, reading on the dock while enjoying the beautiful view, family games and enjoying delicious local waterfront dining. Since we did stay here last year, we did appreciate how well the house was maintained and did take note of the little add-ons. Before we left, we were ALL talking about coming back next year for more good times.

Place is in a great spot! We enjoyed our stay. Host was very accommodating. Bay is calm and great for Kayaking. Two of the three Kayaks are great. Tandem Kayak uncomfortable. Boats are ok. Heavy to lug out of garage. Very clean however house needs upgrading. Rug everywhere not ideal. Outdated furniture. Air Hockey table not working. Grille was very dirty. Definitely would go back if house was updated.

Absolutely beautiful location!! Everyday was a postcard picture!! So much beauty and wildlife to see .Very peaceful and quiet.The accommodations were excellent perfect fit for the location . It’s in a perfect location to either go to LBI or Island Beach State Park .

Quick and reliable communication with host, Close to waterfront restaurants, clean, private, quiet, relaxing, beautiful oceanscape with sunsets and view of the light house, good fishing and fun on the kayaks. Beautiful View!!

This home sits right on the bay where we enjoyed fishing, crabbing and canoeing with our grandkids! The home was clean and well equipped and the owner was very accommodating! Very enjoyable vacation!

Weekend Getaway

Great location for our getaway to Waretown/Barnegat area .. We enjoyed watching the ducks from the back deck, lounging and relaxing outside, and the peacefulness of the community. The house was clean, and had every comfort of home you can think of! If you're looking for rest and relaxation, this is a great spot to unwind for sure!

Amazing view of the bay!

My family and I had a great experience! The view of the bay was amazing! The amenities and furnishings were accommodating and comfortable. We plan to return next year!

Relaxing and rejuvenating

The location was quiet and right on the water. Perfect for staying in and enjoying the view. We had a few questions and one problem (nothing serious) and Dongmei responded right away. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful views, comfortable accommodations!!

The Home was very nice and spacious indoors and out. Be there for sunset in the back overlooking the bay for some of the most beautiful views. Canoes were provided by the host to enjoy time out on the water. Communication with the host was super easy, very fast to respond. We loved it and will definitely look to stay again

Wonderful!

This vacation home was an absolute dream! Waking up every morning to the serene view of the bay was a treat in itself, but having a picturesque lighthouse standing proudly across the water truly elevated the experience - a calming and beautiful spectacle to enjoy from the comfort of the spacious deck.The house was clean and the living area was comfortable and inviting for relaxing evenings. Communication with the host was excellent!
