Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen with Keurig and drip coffee maker, spice rack, toaster, and dishwasher. Has plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, pots, pans, and utensils.
Dining: Expandable dining table, which comfortably seats up to 6 guests. 4 additional barstools at the kitchen counter offer extra seating for casual dining or conversation.

Master bedroom: 1 King Bed, TV
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed, 1 desk
Bedroom 2: Bunkbed with Queen (bottom) and Twin XL (top)
Living Room: 1 Queen Roll-Out Couch
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with bathtub and shower (one in master bedroom). Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. '
Laundry: Washer and dryer available. Shared with host.
Backyard: Relax outdoors with comfy seating. Fire up the flat-top BBQ griddle and enjoy true California-style dining. Kid-friendly artificial grass that's perfect for safe outdoor play.
Parking: There is one dedicated parking spot in front of the house for our guests. Additional parking can be easily found on the street. Please keep the driveway open so the host can access their parking spot.
Guest access: Enjoy full access to the entire home, front yard, and shared backyard. The host resides in a separate ADU at the rear of the property and is committed to respecting your privacy throughout your stay.
