House Rules for 4027 Merlane Dr Welcome to our home! We hope you enjoy your stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please abide by the following house rules: No guests under 26, unless a family.
1. Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time is 4PM
Check-out time is 10AM. Please honor these times, as they allow us to prepare for the next guests.
2. No Parties or Events:
Strictly no parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed on the property. This is a quiet neighborhood, and we appreciate your understanding.
3. Respect the Neighbors:
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. Respect our neighbors’ peace and privacy.
4. No Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. If you smoke, please do so in outdoor areas and dispose of butts properly. If the check-out inspection smells smoke/weed inside the house, there will be a $200 cleaning charge.
5. Pets:
Pets are allowed with notification in the reservation. Please have pets on a leash if outside, and please clean up after pets.
6. Cleanliness:
Please keep the house clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in designated bins and put any dishes in the dishwasher during your stay.
7. Lost or Missing Personal Belongings:
We are not responsible for any lost or missing personal belongings. If found, we will contact and arrange a way to get items returned to you.
8. Emergency Contacts:
In case of an emergency, please call 911 or (704) 336-8398 Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department North Tryon Division. For non-emergencies related to the property, message us at Airbnb.
9. Follow Safety Guidelines:
Be mindful of safety protocols, including, but not limited to, knowing the location of fire extinguishers and exits.
