Welcome to Modern Red Fox, your serene escape nestled in the Blue Heron section of the picturesque Big Boulder Lake. Only steps to big Boulder Lake Beach, pools, tennis courts, picnic area, and you could also launch your kayak from the beach area. Paddle boat rentals are also available. Walking distance to Boulder View Tavern with great food, and music! Our peaceful corner unit offers a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and style — perfect setting for families, friends, and couples to unwind.

Inside the Home

Step inside to a warm and inviting entryway. To the right, you will find the master suite with cozy king bed adjoining with the bathroom.

Down the hall, the space opens to an airy, vaulted living area with a modern open-concept design. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, seamlessly flows into the dining space and cozy living room, where a wood-burning fireplace invites you to curl up and relax. Sliding glass doors lead to a generous outdoor deck, perfect for lounging in the sun, sharing meals, or stargazing with a blanket and a book.

Upstairs Loft + Guest Quarters

The upper level offers fun and comfort for all ages. A small loft area features a foosball table and a cozy reading nook. The loft is a bedroom with a daybed with twin size trundle along with TV, and a relaxed seating space for kids or extra guests.

Also upstairs, enjoy a luxurious oversized bathroom, complete with a deep soaking tub — ideal after a day of lake adventures or mountain hikes. A walk-in shower is included as well.

The 2nd bedroom is perfect for families or groups, offering a queen bed, a double bunk bed, and its own TV — plenty of space for everyone to settle in and feel at home.

Enjoy access for six guests to the exclusive Big Boulder Lake Club, just a short walk or drive away. Your prepaid passes include:

OUTDOOR RETREAT: Steps away from Big Boulder Lake | shared outdoor pool & hot tub. Pool open Memorial Day weekend, then weekends in June, then every day in July and Aug through Labor Day.

PARKING: 2 Spaces
No parking pass is required. We are conveniently located at a corner unit with two options for entry: a short staircase or a gravel ramp for easier access.

Outdoor pool & hot tub overlooking Big Boulder Lake included with your stay! Steps away from the condo! Open Memorial Day weekend, weekends only in June, every day in July & Aug through Labor Day - Shared with other condo guests.

Boulder Lake Club (2min away) - The only way to access swimming in Big Boulder Lake!
Enjoy swimming in the lake with large lake trampoline and inflatable iceberg. Relax on provided lounge chairs on the expansive lake beach. The Club also offers numerous activities, including kayaking, boat / watersport rentals, fishing, tennis, volleyball, cornhole, and more! Open Memorial Day through Labor Day and weekends through Sept. Our membership to the Club grants you the ability to access the Club. Club access cost separate, not included. Family-oriented, so please keep noise levels down after 11:00 p.m. The following items are not permitted: **No Pets** No fireworks. No glass at the pools. No charcoal for grills. No smoking indoors.

Condo Pool / Hot Tub: Access to the condo's pool / hot tub only permitted when pool attendant is present during posted operating hours. Open Memorial Day weekend, weekends only in June, every day in July & Aug through Labor Day weekend, weather permitting.

Important Info:

We’ve provided 8 guest passes for your use (included with your stay).
Pick them up at the Main Office, located at the entrance to the club. Simply provide our townhouse number and last name.
Please return the passes to the same office by day’s end.
Need more than 8 passes? Additional passes can be purchased directly at the office for $15 per person, per day.
Beach towels are provided in the downstairs bedroom closet — please return them to the home after use.
