Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback, and most importantly, thank you for choosing our home for such a meaningful and special trip with your family. We are truly honored that you selected our property for these precious memories together. We’re very glad to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful views, beach access, porches, elevator, well-stocked kitchen and garage, and overall comfort of the home. It means a lot to know the property helped provide special moments during your stay. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the frustrations you experienced. The arrival access issue, freezer concern, and communication experience you described are not the level of service we strive to provide. Your feedback has been taken very seriously and shared with our team so we can improve both responsiveness and guest support moving forward. We also appreciate the helpful suggestions regarding the garage keypad, furnishings, cookware, and additional household items. Thank you again for your honest and thoughtful review. We truly appreciate your recommendation and wish you and your family all the very best.
