• $200 flat pet fee for up to 2 dogs under 40 lbs
• No pets allowed on furniture or beds – Excessive hair may result in added cleaning fees
• You must pick up after your pet – A $50 pet waste removal fee applies if not done
• No breed restrictions — we love all pups!
• No cats allowed
• Unattended pets must be crated when left in the home

Need an early check-in or late check-out? We’ll do our best to accommodate, but availability is limited.
Fees apply:

1–2 hours early/late: $100
2–3 hours early/late: $200

Rental agreement and ID verification are required after booking. Violations of house rules may result in fees or removal without refund. There are NO parties or events allowed without prior written approval. Noncompliance fees may include: $500 per unauthorized pet, $500 for smoking inside the home, one night’s rate for late checkout past 10 AM, $150/person/day for exceeding max occupancy, $100/hour for deep cleaning, stain removal, illness-related cleanup, $500+ for plumbing damage (please flush only toilet paper), additional charges for tampering with safety/pool equipment, missing items, or damage not covered by the damage waiver. We appreciate your respect for our home and policies. These rules help us provide a safe and high-quality experience for every guest.
