Amazing property and it was just as advertised. Great communication and smooth check in and check out process. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future friend or family gatherings! We had a blast

Loved the property! The house is immaculately kept. The views are stunning although I was a little put back by the fact you can’t actually access the ocean from the property due to the coquina. We still really enjoyed the pool and the views as well as all the modern ammenities this home has to offer! Would stay again!

Great place

Kids and dogs enjoyed the rocks out front found lots of shark teeth keeping sand out of the pools impossible we stay at beach houses few times a year and this one was great only ask wouldve been more towels and tools to clean durning the stay

Property is terrific, and if I was only rating the property I would happily stay there again. But the management company is the most frustrating company I've ever used. After the experience, if I see their company name on a property again, it's an instant pass. So frustrating.

be aware the pool is not heated.

Overall, our stay was good, as long as I don't focus on the fact that we didn't have hot water for about a third of our time there, and the pool water was in the 50s. We did eventually get hot water by the end of the day, but due to faulty wiring, the breaker would trip almost every time the hot water heater tried to start. Unfortunately, no discounts were offered for this issue, and the managing company was quite rude when we inquired about a discount.

Fantastic beach house!

This house was even more wonderful than expected. Everything that you could want or need is provided - beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, etc. The house and pool area were very clean. The beach is incredible in this area. The company is very responsive when contacted. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!
