Beautiful bridge bay view and couldn't ask for more.... location is perfect! We all enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this property.

Room for everyone!

Great space, wonderful view and great location. Well stocked kitchen, nice beds. So many bathrooms! We really enjoyed our time here. Great table for board games and family meals.

Everything was great. The whole place was very tastefully decorated and felt pet friendly and family friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed exploring the games and each room was cozy and classy. The master suite was fantastic!

Excellent vacation!

This is a wonderful condo. It is clean and fully stocked with everything you need. The only minor issue was all the stairs were difficult for the seniors in our group, but we had a wonderful time.

Exactly as advertised. The house was great for our group size of 7. I could see the living area being cramped if you had the max of 13 people there, but it was perfect for us. Great views of the river, easy access to the shore, walking distance to restaurants and grocery shopping.

Our stay in Waldport was quite wonderful. The property has a gorgeous view and ample bedroom space for an extended family trip. The beach is close by and Alsea Bay is almost right outside the door. There is a small beach there for children to play when the tide is out. It was great fun to see all the seals on the sandbar right in the river. There is a mini golf course right across the street!The hot tub has a great view too, with lots of privacy. We had everything we needed to cook for several nights, as well. The beds were comfortable and the master bathroom is gorgeous with a soaking tub and a beautiful shower with two shower heads. We didn't mind the stairs at all as it gave us nice family separation in terms of bedrooms. This isThere are some restrictions on the number of cars that people should be aware of. (We had the max of 13 people there.) I also wasn't aware of the host fees (no doubt my own fault), but they are very hefty and added more than 50% on to what was a very reasonable price for the space.

This property is beautiful! Wonderful views of the bay and the path down to the water is directly next to the property which was a great perk with our two young kids. The house has a great supply of kitchen appliances/pans etc. just make sure to bring spices and ziplocks ect if you plan on cooking. They don’t supply much other than salt and pepper. The beach is beautiful and you can see many wild life from inside the house! Comfy beds and all bedrooms have TVs and 3 of the bedrooms have bathrooms attached which is nice when traveling with lots of family. The primary bedroom/bathrooms are spectacular! Although, was slightly disappointed with the management company because I wasn’t able to figure out the heating/cooling systems, they never replied to me. I am an VRBO owner and would have responded quickly to my questions, so this was unfortunate because the house itself was great!

Overall the house was fantastic, great price, great views and great house. Needs a deep clean though, some furniture was broken but we loved our stay. Thank you!

This was such a beautiful place to stay. The views-spectacular. The house was well stocked with all the needed amenities. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone in our group. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would stay again.The only downside was not being allowed more than three cars at the property. I’m mentioning it in my review because it took me a long time to find where that was stated on the listing. That way you won’t be surprised like we were if you book here. Sweet Homes did provide free parking in Newport or Yahaghts, but car pooling was annoying at times. I also thought the walls could use a good cleaning as there were sticky little kid handprints on the walls in a few places that weren’t from us. That said, those were minor issues and overall it was a fantastic experience for our family. I would recommend this place to anyone!
