Fantastic Experience

Sam was always very prompt and helpful, the location was gorgeous, and we had a lot of fun with the theater on site. Our only complaints were small and always taken care of by reaching to Sam. Would happily stay again!

Fantastic Family Spot

The property was absolutely perfect for our family New Years! Well appointed and had everything we needed. Small questions and issues came up but very quick response from host. The communication was exceptional. Fantastic property!

Crab trip!

Great location Easy access to the bay. The view was fabulous. Enjoyed the theatre room - first time we’ve all been together for a movie in years!! Well stocked kitchen and comfy rooms.

Hillside getaway

Our recent family reunion was made more enjoyable by the comfort and accommodations of this home. The great room served as our gathering area for meals and evening card games. The house was well furnished with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. The hot tub was enjoyed by the visiting grandchildren, as was the theatre room. The adults enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings as the weather was mild and warm. Beautiful views of the sunset and surrounding areas from hillside home. Our host Sam was very responsive and easy to work with. We are planning on returning next year for a reunion and looking forward to staying here again. I did relay to our host that I felt more attention should be made on maintaining the grounds but that we were very happy with the the home itself.

I actually lived in Waldport, Oregon as a kid which is how I found this property initially! After seeing it in person, taking in the view, and knowing how much potential was there, we made an offer and snatched it up. We did an extensive remodel on the entire home and are so happy to have it live and available to share with guests!
