Place all dirty towels and rags in the shower. Turn off all TVs, lights and fans. Secure all additional external doors. Be sure the main door is closed behind you when you leave.

Super cute and clean space. The neighbors were very friendly, great food at the little diner around the corner. Had a great time exploring the parks.

Mirror description of listing. Very easy to work with/communication quick response. Location was walking distance to downtown with many shops/eateries. Turkey Run 10 min drive along with other small towns. Kitchen had many of the basics which was helpful. Highly recommend!

With 3 State Parks, two lakes, a lively courthouse square and many other small town amenities throughout, we are certain you’ll love your time here.

We own and operate both Sandusky Properties and Sandusky Repair. Neysa is the director of Parke County Incorporated, a local organization that operates the Visitors Center and coordinates the Parke County Covered Bridge festival (along with many other events). Cullen works full time managing the shop. We love spending time with our daughter Harlynn and we enjoy being involved in the community as members of many local organizations.

We are available anytime to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you have any issues at all, please contact us immediately so that we can take care of the problem. We are most accessible by text.
