First, the location is prime - just 1 block from everything, without being right on top of it all. Excellent parking with garage access included. Silver lake is just about across the street as well. If you are looking for a large home with a lot of space well look no further. Expansive & open floor plan, even the bedrooms are all very spacious with full accommodations for at least 12. Ground level is garage/storage level with plenty of room for bikes and beach gear, 2nd level living space and Jr suite with jack and jill bath and another bedroom, the top floor is 3 bedrooms, 1 bath plus a master with en suite full bath, balcony with views of the Ocean & attractions as a quick reminder of how close you are to all the Summer fun!
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
