Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway! Our stay at this beautiful beach house was nothing short of spectacular, truly a great experience from start to finish! We absolutely loved everything about it and couldn't recommend it more highly.From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how incredibly well-equipped the place was. The appliances were new and top-of-the-line, making our stay so comfortable and convenient. Every necessity seemed to be thoughtfully provided! The location is simply perfect, just a short walk from the beach, which made our daily excursions incredibly easy and enjoyable. What truly set this rental apart were the thoughtful amenities provided for beachgoers: having access to beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas made our beach days effortless and so much more fun. We really appreciated having bikes available in different sizes, so everyone in our group could enjoy a ride around the area. It's clear that the owners have put immense care and attention into every detail, ensuring guests have everything they could possibly need for a relaxing and memorable vacation. It’s rare to find a rental this well-stocked and so thoughtfully prepared for guests. Everything was just so great and we can't wait to come back!

Perfect place to vacation!

This is the best beach house we have stayed at here in Fort Myers by to date. Everything you need for the beach at you disposal. Fully stocked kitchen and wide open for entertaining and family time. The lower level has a lot to offer and very comfortable as well. Definitely coming back for another vacation soon!

Fort Myers paradise

This is my 2nd time staying at this property and it's just perfect! Everything you could need for the beach is readily available and just a short walk to your private entrance to a non crowded beach. The house has everything you could need and more and Robert couldnt be nicer! I will definitely be back!

Absolutely love this house!

This was our first family vacation outside Missouri. We were very impressed with the home and Fort Meyers Beach. The owner has thought of everything the guests will need, from a stocked kitchen to outdoor activities and beach stuff. The beaches were great, restaurants were great, shops were cool. There are several bikes, which we loved riding around the island. We definitely will return!

Pristine property fully stocked for a beach vaca!!

This property is amazing! It is spotless and fully stocked! My children were never bored. They loved the giant jenga and the outdoor movies we watched every night! Rob is amazing and takes good care of his home. Thanks Rob for an amazing stay, we will be back again!

Last minute Getaway

This house was fabulous! It has everything you can possibly imagine...from beach chairs, paddle boards, an outside patio with tons to do to spices in the kitchen! The owner, Rob is great to work with...he is quick to respond to any questions that arise! My family had a relaxing week staying in this house! Well maintained and exceptionally clean! I would definitely return and recommend this place!!

Excellent communication

Well maintained home with the perks of having access to beach toys and equipment. We appreciated the prompt attention from the owner when anything came up. Walk to the beach is easier than it looks in the pictures. Glad we chose this rental.

Absolutely Perfect!!!

Everything you ever need or want is right here. The house is equipped with everything you could imagine and it is very clean. The location is great. The neighborhood is clean and safe. The beach is right across the street. We had a wonderful time and made some awesome memories.We're already planning next years trip. Robert was awesome to work with. You can't go wrong by staying here.

Perfection!!!

What can I say? Wow! Everything you can possibly think of for a pleasant vacation. Tvs in every room, man-cave downstairs porch, a Keurig machine- my favorite, kitchen is a gourmet chef's dream (That ain't me, 😉). The beach was "right there". Looking forward to coming back with the family. Awesome place, Casa Allison..... See you next time!!!

Look no further! This place was beyond amazing!!!

The owner goes above and beyond to make your stay too notch. Love that they have thought of everything to make your vacation even more relaxing. Just bring your suitcase and that’s it! They have beach chairs, sand toys, big water mat, bikes were so handy, tv and couch outside made this place feel like home. Beautiful kitchen and we even used the smoker outside. Only a few steps and your at the beach. If you want to sit back, relax and enjoy your vacation then stay at the VRBO! Ty for the amazing time.

Great location short walk to beach and house was as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa de Playa Allison. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. Rob was in contact during our stay and was available for any issues/questions. We did have a small issue with the toilet but it was quickly remedied. Kitchen was fully equipped. Had all the beach stuff which was great. Chairs, umbrellas, paddle board, etc. Would definitely recommend this rental.

PERFECT VACATION HOME!!!

First of all, I would like to say that Mr. Allison is the perfect Host! He checked on us upon arrival and midweek to make sure that all was well. The updated kitchen was very well equipped, more than any other property that I have rented in the past. The property is just as described and a short walking distance to beach. We loaded everything we needed for the beach in the stroller provided, which made it so easy!! The house has everything you need from coffee K-cups, grills (even provided charcoals) to just about anything you could think of, for that perfect beach day. During our stay we went to the beach daily, Parasailed, and cooked out/grilled. We did walk over to Junkanoo Restaurant twice during our stay, they have a wonderful steak sandwich and pizza. I would definitely stay at this property again!! Thanks again for the wonderful home and for being an awesome host! Stephanie M. & Family

Excellent Gem! House is loaded with extras!

This place is fantastic! Had a blast there just recently. The owner has truly thought of everything! There is also the ring/hook game which is quite addictive. The big TV down below was great for watching the NBA playoffs. The house is SUPER comfortable and has a very relaxing couch with multiple recliners. (only downside is there's only 1 bathroom for the upstairs portion.. No master.) There are coolers to use to take to the secluded beach which is just across the street. Great sunsets there! There's a book with what all you can do in Fort Myers Beach! Mom's is a must! Truly cannot wait to return. A great place! Clean, comfy, fully furnished. Looking forward to returning returning! Great stay, great host !!

Our stay was perfect start to finish. The home is in a quiet,safe neighborhood. Only 2 minutes from the beach. The kitchen is gourmet along with updated top of the line appliances.There is also a great grill which we used. The owner has created two living spaces including a sweet outdoor living area including a wide screen tv located under cover of the elements. We used all the beach equipment that the owner supplied including caddies to carry chairs and umbrellas to the beach. There are also bikes to use. If you want to socialize there is a great beach bar within easy walking distance. The bar also had a great pizza which we had a couple times. All the shopping stuff can be done before you get on the island or at a Publix not far from the house. All in all this property was one of the best we have rented. Thanks again to Rob our most gracious host for making our stay so outstanding.

The absolute best!

We were extremely lucky and grateful to have come across this gem of a rental. I can't express the amount of gratitude that we have for Rob, Tina, and Emmy! They really made our stay feel like home. This house was fully equppied with everything that we needed and more! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need to cook and we enjoyed our beach days to the max with all the goodies in the shed. The private beach was such a short distance away and barely had anyone there! (Which is great considering that we are still in the middle of a pandemic) Rob has been so accommodating throughout our whole trip and we can't thank him enough for his kindness. We had an issue with the shower and he immediately found a solution and fixed it for us in a blink of an eye. The attention to detail was great. Thank you so much for making our family trip extremely memorable and providing us with everything we needed!

Perfect place to stay!

My family of four had a lovely stay at the Allison's beach house. We usually travel once a year to various parts of the U.S., selecting a rental for lodging for about 8-10 days. We have stayed in many rentals over the past 15 years and of course they always vary in the accommodations they provide. This place is GREAT and we'd absolutely return again! The house is clean and well maintained and the beds ARE comfortable! The kitchen is always VERY important to us, as we cook or grill most days even when on vacation. We usually bring or need to buy quite a few condiments, spices and baking supplies; NOT true with this home! It has a fabulous kitchen set up, fully stocked with a vast array of pots, pans and plate ware, as well as many condiments, spices, baking supplies and beverages. The Keurig and assortment of coffee options was also a fabulous surprise. There's plenty or room for cooking and eating inside and out, and Robert made sure that we knew we could use anything in the house. The sleeping accommodations are many, so even large families can be accommodated throughout the main living space; just remember there is only one bathroom in the main living space. There are an abundant amount of blankets, sheets and towels as well. They house even has quite a options for fun, including a shed full of water toys and when not soaking up the sun at the beach they have board games and craft supplies for the kids. Below the home is an additional room with bunk beds and a full bathroom and laundry space, as well as another full refrigerator. This space is not accessible from the main living space, but seems secure with one permanently locked, unusable door and a door code on the entry/exit door. Robert is a pleasure to work with and always available and willing to answer questions, with quick response times. The only things that I considered cons (though they would not prevent us from renting this house again): 1) Additional room space and bathroom not accessible from inside the main living space. 2) Main living space couches were oversized futons. Great for additional sleeping space, but very uncomfortable to sit on for lingering periods to watch TV at night. It would have been nice to have one regular couch to sit and watch TV. Overall, the Allison home was a great place for our family to stay and enjoy a time at the beach. Fort Myers is a gem of a beach, not too many young people and partying, at least in October, and therefore great for families!
