This property has so many things going for it. Location, nice neighborhood, proximity to UBC, Spirit Park and beaches, lots of room to spread out, comfortable beds,, etc.. At the same time, the property is showing “wear and tear” and needs a little TLC.

Nice house. Lots of bathrooms. Quiet area that isn't too far from downtown. Grocery store about 5 minute walk away. Annie was very responsive and was able to accommodate an early checkin. We were very happy.

We stayed here for a family getaway. The host was very responsive and all the house instructions were clear. The house is well-laid out and the kids enjoyed the trampoline. Beds were comfortable! The location is very quiet and easy to navigate to other areas of the city and relatively close to the airport. There is a grocery store a few blocks away which is bright and clean. We would stay again!

The location and size of the property was perfect for nine adults and one infant. The neighborhood had a wonderful grocery store and coffee shop and was quiet. Offstreet parking was a bonus. We did not use the garage, but I think that was possibility. The house shows wear, especially in regards to the carpet and bathrooms. The bathroom fixtures all seemed shoddy/leaky. The beds were comfortable and linens and towels were clean. Communication was good.

Property was great there were 4 moms and 5 teenagers, more than enough bathrooms and beds for everyone. We were attending a concert and location was close to UBC where the event was. The master was huge with large ensuite fun for the girls to all get ready in. Property manger was amazing. Activities for the rest of the week was close to take a taxi or uber. There is a great market down the street for snacks or dinner.

The maintenance on this house is very neglected. A few examples: carpet in the stairs is filthy and coming apart, the banister is loose (soon to be a safety issue), weeds in the yard are 2 feet high, half bathroom had no towels and dead light bulb, etc. Great potential in a nice neighborhood the house requires some TLC.
