Could easily accommodate 2 families with kids and potentially up to 3 families. Extremely close and convenient to Youngsville Sports Complex. Beautiful, clean property. Host was very responsive.

The home was clean and well put together aesthetically. Our family of 7 was comfortable with the space that this home provides. Host was very good with communication, we were able to reach him and get a response quickly for any issues. Things we would suggest would be maybe more Pots/ bakeware. There was not a Blow Dryer in the master bathroom. The bedrooms were all pretty spacious, no black out curtains for sleeping in late. The location is very nice, quiet, and very close to various food places, stores, and the sports complex. This property does not allow access to the home’s garage, Just FYI. Overall, our stay was great and Host offered awesome communication and solutions as needed. Thank you!

Brand new construction - 4 really nice size bedroom; quiet neighborhood and located in an up and coming area while still close to Lafayette. Sam responded to a question during our stay quickly which was is one of the things I look for in an owner. Really close to the impressive Youngsville sports complex.

Horrible host! Host contacted us prior to arriving that the previous party had broken the bed but it would be a box spring and mattress on the floor. He gave us an option to either get a full refund and stay somewhere else or he would give us half refund when we checked out. We choose to stay and get half refund when we checked out as we were 13 hours away from home. We arrived at the location and come to find out it was a little mattress on the floor. Board games were broken or missing pieces. Kitchen was missing a lot of dishes and all over the house was very dusty and dirty and could tell didn't get vacuumed prior to our arrival. Very disappointed in our stay!!!!!!!!
mattress on the ground was supposed to be a box spring and mattress

Had to give something would’ve been 0 stars. Didn’t get the original house booked was told it was already taken. Owner did call and try to make it right. Placed us in another house in a different town. I was ok with that. Asked me to go ahead and pay for the original house. Telling me he would refund my overpayment at the time of my departure. I notified him of the items we found in the house. No hot water in one of the bathrooms, blade missing from one of the fans and ceiling falling in. He stated he wasn’t aware of it. Also house was for sale. When we left I messaged him we were departing. A week later I asked about my refund for the overpayment and I have since been ghosted. So beware of this renter asking for the full payment and offering a refund. No where to be found. Lesson learned. I do have messages to back it up.

Hello Cody, I’m sorry you made up this complete story, it’s terrible for you to leave such a dishonest review when I could not manage to give you and your family an early check in due to me having someone check out the same day you guys were arriving. First a foremost, this is a brand new home less than one year old. With that being said, everything in this property works amazing. Also, this property is not for sale. The pictures and description live up to this property with the location of the property being amazing and located within 5 minutes from all major attractions in Youngsville. Again, sorry for not being able to accommodate an early check-in for you. I typically offer an early check-in if the property was vacant the day of a check-in.
