The apartment is in a gated community on the 2nd floor (not wheel chair accessible) with 5 other apartments in the building. Parking for 1 car on the premises and safe road side parking for guest on a cul-de-sac. From each window in the apartment, you have the view of the mountains or sky for that additional comfort and plenty natural light.
