Roach Motel
Stay away from this cockroach infested property! I saw cockroaches on 6 nights, even on the 3rd floor. I reached out to property manager & VRBO reporting the issue & pictures of the dead and alive roaches. The prop. mgr. said they were sorry & offered to send pest control but I said I didn’t want to expose my pet to pest spray. So they suggested putting roach traps by the fridge & stove. I bought my own Hot Shot Roach Bate & placed them by the kitchen appliances. Unfortunately, the roaches continued to come out many days later across the whole kitchen, dining & living area under the sofa. I asked them to provide a late checkout for all my inconveniences: eating out, being uncomfortable in their property, buying paper plates, roach treatments, etc. They said to let them know if there was anything they could do, but when it came time to take action for their words they fall very short—they wanted to charge me 100 for an extra 3 hours! Based on their response it was clear to me that they knew about this cockroach issue before & didn’t do anything about it. They don’t care about the people staying there, just the . I would never stay there again. I’ve stayed at 10 places in the last 2 years & this was the worst & most disgusting place of all. It seems suspicious now that they had no reviews. VRBO Customer Support worked with me for days to obtain a late checkout without a fee & knowing how awful this was sent me 120 cash.
