With a prime location just steps from the Hollywood Walk of Fame, you’ll be at the center of all the action, making it the perfect retreat for adventurers and urban explorers alike.
The Space:
This studio unit is thoughtfully laid out with incredible natural light to maximize comfort and convenience. Rest easy on the full-size bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen includes all the basics you need to prepare light meals and snacks. Situated in a corner of the building, the unit enjoys extra privacy and natural light, adding to its cozy charm.
** Sleeping arrangements: Queen-size bed with quality bedding.
** Kitchenette: Equipped with the essentials for preparing light meals and snacks.
** Bathroom: Clean and functional with all the basics provided.
** Comfort: Fourth Floor (highest floor) unit offering additional privacy and natural light.
** Entertainment: TV for relaxing evenings in.
** Building amenities: On-site laundry room, ongoing support from the management team, and an on-site representative.
** Parking: Parking is available in two nearby lots on Hollywood Blvd and Cahuenga Blvd for approximately $20/night.
** Move in after 4PM; Move out by 11 AM.
** This space is non-smoking.
** Housekeeping: Our rental doesn't include on-going housekeeping. We will not be refreshing any towels and sheets during your mid-term stay.

Many attractions are within walking distance, while nearby public transit options, including Metro stations and bus lines, provide convenient access to the rest of Los Angeles. For drivers, parking is conveniently available in two nearby lots on Hollywood Blvd and Cahuenga Blvd for $20/night. Rideshare services are also readily available, ensuring you can explore LA with ease.

By proceeding with this booking or inquiry, please acknowledge that any confirmation received is conditional and subject to cancellation by the Host and/or Landlord unless the following conditions are met:
**The Guest must pay the required Security Deposit as. The Security Deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, subject to deductions for any damages. This deposit must be paid directly to the Landlord before moving in and will be returned by the Landlord after move-out.
**The Guest must sign the lease agreement directly with the Host and/or Landlord and accept all terms and conditions outlined therein.
**The Guest must successfully complete an Identification Verification process as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**The Guest must successfully complete an application process as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**Pets are welcomed! There will be an additional $500 Refundable Pet Deposit, and $2.16 per pet per night rent payments.
Failure to fulfill these conditions may result in the cancellation of the booking without liability to the Host or Landlord.
