With a prime location just steps from the Hollywood Walk of Fame, you’ll be at the center of all the action, making it the perfect retreat for adventurers and urban explorers alike.
The Space:
The studio features a queen-size bed with quality bedding, a kitchenette equipped with essentials for preparing light meals, and a clean, functional bathroom. Building amenities include an on-site laundry room, ongoing support from the management team, and an on-site representative. The space is non-smoking and does not include mid-stay housekeeping service. However, you'll enjoy easy access to Hollywood's vibrant dining and nightlife scene, as well as nearby Metro stations and bus lines.
Guest Access:
You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

Located at 1825 N Cahuenga Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028, this unit places you in the bustling epicenter of Hollywood. Enjoy a one-minute stroll to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Dolby Theater, where the Oscars are held. You’re also just a short drive from Universal Studios, the Hollywood Bowl, and Runyon Canyon for hiking. Explore the vibrant dining and nightlife scene, with trendy restaurants and bars just steps away. Make sure to check out the coffee shop down the street, Solar de Cahuenga!
Getting Around:
This prime location makes it easy to navigate Hollywood and beyond. Many attractions are within walking distance, while nearby public transit options, including Metro stations and bus lines, provide convenient access to the rest of Los Angeles. For drivers, parking is conveniently available in two nearby lots on Hollywood Blvd and Cahuenga Blvd for $20/night. Rideshare services are also readily available, ensuring you can explore LA with ease.

SUPPLIES:
Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc.) not included.
APPLICATION AND FEES:
*All guests are required to complete a rental application, which includes identity verification, a credit and background screening, and proof of income or financial qualification. A non-refundable application fee of $25 per applicant applies. All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete the application process.
*Guests will also be required to sign a separate lease agreement directly with the host prior to move-in.
*Renter’s insurance is required for all stays. Guests may provide proof of their own qualifying policy, or may elect to purchase a monthly renter’s insurance policy through the host for $15/month.
*A refundable security deposit of $1,250 is required for all stays and must be paid directly to the host after booking confirmation and prior to check-in. The deposit will be returned within 21 days after move-out, less any applicable deductions permitted under the lease agreement and California law.
*Additional documentation and qualification requirements may apply in accordance with California law and the terms of the lease agreement.
*Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets require a refundable $500 pet deposit and pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.
*Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit and includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential supplies.

**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
