I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The house is beautifully decorated & no issues during stay. Communication with host was on point ! Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Brian is a great host. The place is perfectly located near everything and still in a call by and safe area. The place was very clean and cozy for the family to have a great time.

The kitchen was equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and cups. If you plan on cooking, just bring your own seasons and there is a curic coffee maker.But you need to bring your own coffee

The house was cozy and welcoming, and everything matched the pictures perfectly. It was spacious, very pretty, and thoughtfully set up. Brian was also very responsive and a great host. I would definitely recommend staying here again!

Not in the best of neighborhoods. We witnessed a drug deal go on. DoorProfit rates the neighborhood a C, above average for all crimes.

The listing photos were generally accurate in that the layout and furnishings matched what was advertised. However, they did not reflect the overall condition of the property. The walls were noticeably dirty, there was visible mold and mildew in the shower, and the trash can was already overflowing when we arrived, leaving us with nowhere to dispose of our own trash despite the checkout instructions asking guests to use it.There was also a slight odor throughout the house. At first I thought it might just be me, but the other guests in my group noticed it as well.On a positive note, the host was responsive and polite. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the floors and countertops appeared to be clean. With better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this property could provide a much better guest experience.

We traveled as a multi generations family. Plently of space to be together or hide away for a bit. Location was key for me. I dislike longs drives on vacation. The home is 4 minutes from the Marina with takes you to Peanut Island. If you decide to rent a boat ask for Captain Mike a real gem! In 10 minutes you feel like your in the Bahamas. Came across a gem of a spot 10 minutes away. Riveria Beach Great park beach and shops! We had a late lunch at the Drunkin Goats there food was amazing! In a casual atmosphere. Freshest Calamari I have ever had.

The location was great! The neighborhood felt safe and inviting. All the amenities were available and all the beds were comfortable. The house itself is spacious, but could use some more updating. You can tell the hosts are trying! We really enjoyed the outdoor eating space and made a few meals in the kitchen that was pretty well stocked. We all slept great!!

Firstly, I must commend you on how clean and spacious the home was. I particularly enjoyed the backyard, as it was excellent for entertainment.However, I did encounter an issue during my stay. There were 8 bags of garbage left by the previous tenants, which the city did not pick up. Unfortunately, this led to visits from large raccoons during my time spent outside, which detracted from the overall experience.I wanted to bring this to your attention so that future guests can fully enjoy the outdoor space without similar inconveniences.
