Family birthday celebration holiday

Excellent place to stay. However needs some TLC in certain areas. Staff were amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but require more hooks etc for hanging wet bathers etc. Would definately return.

Hi Penny Thank you for booking my villa estate and for taking the time to leave a review. I’m so glad you thought my villa was an excellent place to stay, clean and comfortable. I have planned maintenance booked in the calendar in January to freshen up the villa, it has been a very busy peak and high seasons but I now have time to give the villa the TLC it deserves. Yes, my staff are amazing and I do select and train them very carefully so they provide excellent customer service. 4 families- lots of kids…

The highlight was the meals prepared by the chef! We had four families staying and the kids loved the pool. The villa is as described in the listing and the staff were happy to assist us. Thank you.

Great spot in Seminyak

Great central location in Seminyak, 15 min walk to the beach and shops and restaurants nearby to walk to. We had 14 people in our group and the villa fit us all comfortably. The Chef was very accommodating and the food was great. The only issue we had was the water kept going off and we would have to find someone to do something to turn it back on. This happened almost daily but was always fixed within an appropriate time.

Hi Cheryl, thank you for booking my villa estate and for leaving feedback. The staff loved looking after you all and I'm so glad you really enjoyed the villa location near the beach, shops, etc and the accommodation size for 14 guests. I’m very sorry once again for the water issue arising. It was the public holiday and we had to wait for the shops to reopen to buy the part to fully fix the water pump. This has now been completely fixed I'm glad to say. I did provide a lovely Indonesian dinner for free as an apology. The private chef is amazing, can cook dishes from all over the world and to suit all diet tastes and it is such delicious food! Thanks once again and I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. Family time in Bali

Villa was in a fairly quiet area. It had plenty of bedrooms for us . ( 16 family members). Living area was all open, not so good for hot humid days. Pool was nice but needed repairs to tiles. Our children kept cutting their toes on broken edges. Kitchen was very basic .Staff were exellent and always helpful. We had a good holiday but i was quite disappointed with the villa as it was pretty expensive..

Hi Brenda, thank you for booking and taking the time to leave review. I’m so glad you had a good holiday with us in Bali. We have installed more fans in the living area and recent guests haven’t mentioned this at all now and the last review on this platform was excellent 5 stars. I fixed the couple of loose pool tiles and I apologise once again for this issue arising. You say ‘pretty expensive’ but it is only USD50 per night per person in high season with the 16 guests staying in your group and this includes daily breakfasts, full time private chef, free 1 hour massage per guest, multiple airport transfers, 8 seater car & driver during your stay, etc so I believe it represents excellent value for money given all the great value rate inclusions. I’m glad you liked the pool area and that the staff service level was good and they were very helpful. It would be lovely to welcome you back to this or one of my other villas and look forward to seeing you again soon. Best wishes Craig
