For entertainment, our game-room, located on the first floor, features a pool table and air-hockey as well as a comfortable living room with 70 inch TV perfect for watching movies in the expansive and cozy sofa. Outdoors, relax in the salt-water heated pool.

No need to worry about laundry - we have two laundry rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs for your convenience. Rest easy knowing the home is equipped with hurricane impact argon filled windows and doors for added safety.

No parties and outdoor noise must be kept quiet 10pm - 9am. Family neighborhood. Any complaints, your reservation can and will be cancelled without refund.

No DJ equipment. Bluetooth allowed inside.

Cars must drive slow and cautious in the neighborhood. 4 cars max fit in driveway.
