A large front deck, with a privacy barrier, gives you unparalleled views of the waves crashing on the beach below, the coastline north to Palos Verdes Peninsula and Catalina Island sunsets to the West. While sipping your morning coffee you may see a pod of dolphins swimming amongst the surfers..
Enjoy a rear 325 square foot outdoor living area with a gas barbeque, dining table and complete privacy for sunbathing if you choose.
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort, and the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort and Spa are minuets away. For the golf enthusiast there are multiple championship courses nearby.
You are a short distance from Dana Harbor Marina that offers world class dolphin and whale watching tours. The surfing enthusiast finds this location central to many great breaks including the Strand Beach just below, and Salt Creek a short walk along the beach.
This property is located on a cul de sac adjacent to the Dana Point Headlands Preserve with a short hiking trail over the headlands that leads you the Conservation Interpretive Center and the Marina overlook.
You have access to the paved beach trail just steps away from the property.

The only downside to this property is that the view is so beautiful you just want to sit on the deck and look at the ocean all day! We can’t wait to go back.

Loved our stay! View is beautiful! The property is clean and updated. Host is very accommodating and responds quickly. Would definitely recommend/stay here again!

This condo is amazing! Wonderful view, easy access, great communication. We would love to have stayed longer or just move in! The beach that is accessible down the path and stairs by the condo is such a hidden gem. Soft sand, wonderful waves, amazing sunsets. Will hopefully make it back here again soon.

Everything was exactly what we wanted. The walking path was exceptional. The sunsets were awesome and the town was friendly with lots of little shops to explore. Make this getaway every year!!!

We returned to this property for a second time because it was really beautiful. This time there was an ant problem. The host came to clean them up, but they came back. Vrbo offered some compensation for one night.

Unfortunately, this guest tried to skirt our minimum night stay policy by trying to cancel one of their nights after booking. I had to chase them down to receive payment for their stay, up until just a couple days before they arrived. While there were a few ants, which I promptly came down and took care of to the best of my ability, I believe their request for a free night stemmed from them not wanting to stay for their entire trip from the beginning.
Next time I suggest they find a rental that does not have a minimum night requirement.

Amazing condo with a billion dollar view! The hosts were so nice and great communicators. We will absolutely be coming back to stay here again.

This location is amazing! The house has everything you need and more, location is peaceful with plenty of sight seeing near by. More of a local feel than lots of vacationing families. Which was just the scene we were looking for. Beaches are clean and not super crowded. Great for long walks and watching surfers!

The condo was perfect for two senior couples. View was spectacular. We even had our own seagull come visit on the front deck every morning. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We are coffee drinkers so I brought extra pods but we never needed them - we were supplied with many. Washer and dryer came in very handy. Back deck was wonderful in the evening to sit and talk or play cards. Even though there are several condo units surrounding this one, and they were occupied, it was very quiet and comfortable, The property manager, Lauren Berry, is one of the best VRBO managers I have ever worked with and we travel all over the world. She was responsive and helpful at every step of the way. we had an awesome stay and look forward to staying there again, the views were everything as advertised - spectacular.

Beautiful location, really quiet cul-de-sac with great views. You can hear the ocean but not overly loud to distract from your stay. Fireplace was a nice touch as we stayed during late December and it rained half the time. Kitchen is fully equipped and beds were very comfortable.

Outstanding dreamlike view, quiet relaxed location with good amenities. Reduced decorations and shells would help provide more space for renter belongings. Would love to return.

We had a fantastic stay!! The condo is perfect and we love the view!!! Very clean and comfortable. The unit has been updated nicely, and the host was super nice and great to work with. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful view, very comfortable rooms, kitchen was fully furnished. Beach path to Dana Strands Beach was really close (fyi lots of steps) and other trails are nearby with beautiful views. About a mile to Salt Creek Beach to walk to or drive to public parking. 5 min drive to Dana Point Harbor for whale watching tours. Host had great communication. Had a wonderful stay, Thank you!
