Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located midtown home. Recently renovated 1940s home with all of today’s amenities. Large primary suite with tons of natural light, outdoor access & spa shower. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds close to second full bathroom with tub. Large private fenced in yard with patio to enjoy meals outside & chill with family. Walking distance to all of Midtown's best restaurants & bars, Whole Foods & shopping. 2.5 miles to FSU & 1.5 miles to TMH.
This home is being managed by Rent with Integrity Property Management. We will provide you with a number to call after hours if a need arises or you can send a message here . We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking. Your booking cost will include a Waivo® Damage Waiver in lieu of a security deposit.

Fully renovated (2022) 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the convenient Midtown Tallahassee neighborhood with open floor plan and plenty of space to relax and entertain. Everything in the home is brand new including all Samsung kitchen appliances, fixtures and furniture. Home is also equipped with new LG washer & dryer for your convenience and Rinnai tankless hot water heater. You'll find each room nicely appointed, clean and comfortable for your stay in Tallahassee.
Kitchen:
The brand new kitchen has everything you’ll need during your stay. Beautiful, modern, and clean with a large island that includes a drawer microwave and wine fridge. All necessary utensils and cooking supplies available for a night in or enjoying some local take-out. The kitchen opens up to multiple common areas and has access off the dining room to the outdoor area with outdoor table for enjoying meals outside. Sonos portable speaker in kitchen as well.
Common Areas:
The home boasts multiple common areas with large, comfortable couches and seating for hanging out. Each common area is equipped with SMART TVs for your entertainment. The large space off the kitchen has 12’ sliding glass doors that allow for indoor/outdoor living in the cooler months. Polished concrete floors add a unique and modern style to the space. Coffee bar is located in the back common area so you can enjoy your morning coffee catching the morning news or outside on the private and quiet patio.
Primary Bedroom:
The primary bedroom features tons of natural light, a seating area, office space, privacy blinds, access to the backyard with an ensuite full bathroom. Enjoy a private spa-like experience during your stay in this bedroom. The room has a king-size Performa sleep mattress for your comfort and a wall-mounted TV that can be watched on the couch or from the bed. Step outside in the morning from the bedroom to soak in the Florida sun!
Additional Bedrooms:
Each additional bedroom is nicely styled and each have a queen bed for your comfort. Both rooms get ample natural morning light, have ceiling fans and are conveniently located close to the second full bathroom. A brand new sofa bed is available in the front living space.
Backyard:
The backyard is entirely fenced (6ft. privacy fence) with a large level grass area for your pets to enjoy. The backyard has 3 access points from inside the home for convenience and nice concrete pavers with turf and outdoor dining and seating areas. Bistro lights above the corridor provide for nice nighttime ambiance. Weber grill provided for grilling out with BBQ utensils.
Parking:
Two available driveways that accommodate multiple cars with additional street parking available on side of property.
Guest access:
Whole house and yard.
Other things to note:
We do everything we can to mitigate bugs here but then again, it is Florida! We encourage you to keep windows and doors closed during the summer months as well has to keep the home cool and enjoyable for you.
Lawn crews may come during your stay but they are quick, we do our best to schedule them as to not interrupt our guests but with the weather here, their schedules can deviate from time to time.
While Tallahassee as a whole is more of a car city, there are bus stops within walking distance to the home. Additionally, grocery shopping, restaurants, and shops are all in walking distance.
This was a wildly popular short-term rental for some time with another owner- same home, just a different account!
Pets welcome with prior approval and $150 pet fee.
