What a wonderful house. Plenty big for our group of 8 adults. The house is clean, has all the appliances working, and has a fun walking path just outside of the backyard. Nothing to complain about!

We came for a church convention. The house was clean and perfect for our group. There were a couple of things I needed to contact the host about and they were very quick with replies. I would stay here again.

This rental was great. The house was very clean in a nice quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive and accommodated my requests. I highly recommend and would definitely rent this house again in the future when back in Raleigh.

Clean & comfortable house with room for a big group, in a quiet, safe area. They’ve provided many nice details (DW&laundry pods, condiments in fridge, well-stocked kitchen dishes, pots etc., coffee maker, fire pit out back). Communication was excellent! We would definitely stay again.

The home was spacious and accommodated my large family well, including our dog. We had everything we needed for our stay, including necessary items for our dog, which was thoughtful. The location was close enough to shops, resturants, a great walking trail behind the home, and the neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. We had a small issue, but the owner was very communicative and accommodating, and that meant a lot.

The property is fantastic for a 5bdrm place lots of room in the house. Well stocked kitchen, bedrm were great size as it doesn’t look big from the outside. Well stocked kitchen truly enjoyed it here and the house was right on a beautiful trail along the back yard and you can walk ride you bike for miles at end.My only suggestion is that some of the rms could use a fresh paint job and the siding looked like it was painted over plastic, it looked unfinished but I would definitely rent that house again

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The property was very clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was only 12-15 mins from downtown depending on the time of the day, so the location was perfect. Mallory communicated with me the entire time to make sure we were good. I really appreciated that.

Wonderful property and excellent location!

My family came to spend the weekend and for our children and their friends to attend a concert. The property was immaculately clean. The kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and plenty of space to socialize together. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of room for everyone to sleep. We had at total of nine (two parents, two college age, four high-schoolers and one 8 year old). It is conveniently located to Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek (the concert venue). It was also convenient to Crabtree Valley Mall, local restaurants and things to do. The check in/out process was easy and communication with the host was excellent. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and will stay again.

We were in town for my nephews wedding, and 12 of us stayed here. The “old folks” stayed downstairs, and the teenagers stayed in the two bedrooms upstairs. It worked out perfectly! There were lots of games to choose from to play, and this was the BEST stocked kitchen out of every place we’ve stayed. Spices, condiments, nice pots and pans, etc. I didn’t need for anything when cooking for our group! Highly recommend and we would stay here again if in the area.
