Welcome to South Padre Paradise. Our condo is 2 Bedroom/2 Bath on the 4th Floor with the most unbelievable views to the beach and ocean!!!

Imagine a place where you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning from the comfort of your master bedroom. Enjoy the panoramic views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Relax on the patio in the evening and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the peacefulness provided by a very special condominium in a very special place. You simply will not find a condo on South Padre Island with better views and beach access.

Our condo is truly a 'home' and you will feel that from the moment you walk through the front door. Tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained, indulge yourself in the experience of an exceptional vacation getaway.

The Beach view was unbelievable and the condo was stocked with everything that we forgot to pack and more. The property was very clean and located conveniently off of Padre Boulevard. Can’t wait to stay here again

Great amenities in the room - kitchen pantry was well stocked. Lots of fun items for the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, although we never used most o f them. But good that they provide these. Wonderful place for a vacation!

We've stayed here 3 times before and we love it. We did more cooking this time around and its great that the kitchen is well stocked with essentials. There are even good spices and other things in the pantry. They did some nice upgrades to the place, too, with a beautiful shower in the master and solar blinds for the windows.

The Sea Vista property was well maintained, and all the amenities were kept in great condition. They gave detailed information about the island and what they expected while staying at the property. It was very easy to check in and out. No hassle. The beach front view was amazing. I will keep their information and hopefully I will book this property in the near future. The only drawback was the Master bedroom which had sliding shutter doors. really no privacy if you have guest. However, I would still give this property 10/10 rating.

We loved this condo. It was a perfect location, amazing views, and more quiet than most. Short walk to the beach and it was delightful. This is an older building and condo but maintained well.

Great condo for beach vacation. Owner provided umbrellas and chairs and the beach was uncrowded, nice sand and clear water. Would stay again.
