Fun Time In Round Rock

Myself, my husband and son stayed in RR to watch pro softball at Dell Diamond. This place was perfect for us. Close to field and restaurants! Communication with owner was on point…would stay here again!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this home in Round Rock! The location was perfect—just a short drive to downtown, great shopping, and tons of restaurants. It was also super convenient for events at the Round Rock Amphitheater, which was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again!

Cousin Reunion Trip

Stay was great. We had a maintenance issue and the host was quick to respond and offer solutions. House is well-equipped.

We had to message host 20 minutes before arrival at 3pm check in because we had still not received check-in instructions. No biggie. Upon arrival to the house, we were pretty pleased with the way the living area looked. The board games were nice and we enjoyed playing them in our downtime. But then we started to notice things here and there. Our friends went to take a nap in the front bedroom and immediately came out complaining that their pillows smelled of urine, as well as the fabric headboard. Underneath their bed had also not been swept and there was quite a bit of animal fur. We thought we only had 1 fork to share between 4 people, but quickly learned the dishwasher had been ran, but dishes were not put away. House just felt dirty and like it could use a good professional cleaning. The house was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and other activities such as Kalahari. We never received check out instructions, even after asking for them. In hindsight, I wish I would have better read the reviews, which I usually do, but the location was convenient to our weekend activities and was affordable for our group. Sometimes I guess you do get what you pay for.

Round Rock Ball Tournament

House was cute and very basic on inside. Neighborhood was a little questionable but turned out to be very quiet at night. Beds were comfortable and nice sheets. Didn’t like towels. Location was very convenient . We were in town for High School Base Ball games

Nice Getaway

The house was simply and tastefully decorated, well-stocked, and clean. It’s in a good location in Round Rock, with easy access to Austin and surrounding areas. There was a slight delay in checkin. The cleaning crew was late because of daylight savings, but the owner was responsive and helpful to get things corrected. We would stay there in the future.

Great Spot for Our Stay

We were in town for state UIL for percussion solo and ensemble and needed a place just for a night - all the hotels were booked or SUPER expensive! This little gem was perfect for my daughter and I. The AC rocked, water pressure in the shower was decent, and the kitchen was well appointed. All the furnishings look new and were comfortable. The mattresses on the beds were firm but not too hard. Neighbors are very nice. Soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Nice little pod coffee maker in the kitchen and coffee/sweetener provided. Bring your own creamer if you need it. The only negative thing we experienced were tons of mosquitos by the front door if we lingered in the driveway too long.

Upon arrival everything seemed good. The house was a little warm but the AC was probably not running for long before checkin. After staying 2 nights, we discovered a couple flaws. Food crumbs left on living room floor and dirty dishes in the dishwasher made us feel the place hadn’t been cleaned well. 3 bath towels were left for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) which wasn’t ideal. We only used 1 towel as a bath mat after discovering it looks stained/dirty and given the crumbs/dish questions before weren’t sure if it was clean. Thankfully we used our beach towels we happened to have with us. The open windows in the bathroom made us nervous. We blocked them to feel a little more privacy in the shower. The drawers in the master bedroom were flimsy and falling out with barely touching them, so we didn’t use them. House seemed clean but lots of signs of wear. Easy access to house with keyless entry. Quiet area and felt safe. Description was accurate for number of beds, etc. No check out instructions. We bagged the trash and put it in the outside bin which was on the street the whole time. We piled our used towels (1 bath and a couple kitchen) up by the back door where the laundry was. Didn’t strip beds but considered it. Not a bad place to stay but not exactly somewhere I would be eager to book if we had ofher options

The house was clean, location was convenient to downtown red rock and less than 10 minutes to the Kalahari conference center. The neighborhood was questionable however. We had a drone over our car watching us the first night and there was police action the following night. My wife and daughter stated they would not have been comfortable at the house alone.
