We spent the best Labor Day weekend at this perfect property. We didn’t want to leave the entire time we were there. The kids played in the creek and went on a little adventure. Grownups took advantage of the most fantastic porch ever. We haven’t stopped talking about the wonderful ness of that porch yet!

Location was perfect for us, we did tubing in Helen on Friday and the trails at Beasley on Saturday. We drove from upstate SC. There are restaurants and shopping near by. The cabin has a very nice creek, it was clean, check in-check out was smooth. We would definitly stay there again.

My wife and I enjoyed sitting on the deck, looking at the mountains, listening to the babbling brook flowing by the property. The location is very quiet, with hardly any traffic on the mostly private road alongside the property. The lodging itself is comfortable and well stocked. It is showing some wear and tear and could use some maintenance attention; for example, the screen on the doors have tears in them that do not keep flying bugs out. Also, we could not identify how to turn down the volume on the TV in the main room. It is set a little high in volume. But overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While feeling somewhat remote, we were only 10 minutes from Young Harris and 15 from either Blairsville or Hiawassee, all of which had local stores, pharmacies, medical facilities, and restaurants. There are also recreational activity options, though we were not looking for that, but rather for relaxation and peace and a break from our daily routine.

Everything was fine. We loved it. There was 2 things which might have been operator error.Couldn't get fan in down stairs bedroom to work and volume control on tv didn't work. It just muted.

We loved our stay in here, the host was very responsive and helpful, the property is well maintained. It is close to everything, but secluded at the same time. Internet was fast, had no problems watching FIFA games in the evenings.

Property was as advertised. The pond wasn’t really ready for fishing. The creek was awesome and the kids enjoyed playing and wading g in it.

First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true.
