This was the perfect spot for our mini vacation here in San Antonio. The room was very clean and exactly as advertised. Parking was free and great. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Only a short drive to the Riverwalk. Several places to eat nearby.

I would suggest a chair and maybe a folding table. There wasn’t anywhere to sit other than the bed. Over all nice place to stay and close to the riverwalk.

As 1st timers to San Antonio The Den was the perfect place to stay!The location to the Alamodome to see the DCI competition was ideal.The neighborhood was so nice to walk and scooter to local restaurants.The convince of this property is amazing we were not disappointed.David was an amazing host and provided exceptional communication and we are excited to return in the future.

I stayed at this property for two nights with a friend and we enjoyed our stay. It is close to the Alamodome, River Walk and the historic Market Square. There is plenty of street parking and the neighborhood is quiet. The property is near the freeway, so you will hear some emergency vehicles, as well as a train. It didn't bother us, but others may not care for it. The price was great, especially for a short stay.

While visiting family nearby, I found this place Very nice with being quiet & easy access to downtown. Room was clean beyond expectations and the parking was abundant. Felt totally safe here which is a Big Plus. Overall, I would come back to the Texan Den.

David communicated EVERYTHING clearly.There is a lot of noise from the highway, but the room is lovely and comfortable.We had cocktails on the front porch to relax and couldn't have enjoyed it more.

This room was clean and well designed for comfort. The microwave, fridge, and stocked coffee area were wonderful anmenities. David communicated quickly and helped with everything I needed. I didn’t have a car but felt safe walking to a nearby coffee shop and bakery.

Loved my stay here! Dave was extremely accommodating and welcoming. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable! The only negative thing I would say is that there is a train nearby so maybe bring white noise if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, I would recommend this place to anyone!

downtown San Antonio right at your doorstep. The room was big, the bed was comfy, and there was tons of closet space. Heads up: the windows face east toward the interstate. They could use better curtains to cut down on traffic noise and bright morning light, plus you’ll hear the train horn at night. The thermostat wasn’t adjustable, so temps were hit or miss. Overall we still had a good stay at the Texas Den.

We have nothing but good things to say about this cute little place. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in and out was easy. The place was very clean and set up nice. The room is small but that’s all we needed. Loved the large bathroom and closet space to store all our stuff. The fridge was stocked and coffee was good. Plus, a bottle of wine was provided. This place is perfectly located close by to all the places people visit San Antonio for. If you want a delicious breakfast close by with excellent service we recommend Labor Street Cafe. We will definitely be back!

The short answer is that it’s an amazing location close to downtown and the river walk. The host was kind and had a fridge pre stocked with sodas and a coffee bar for those early mornings. My wife and I loved it and will be staying there again on our next trip.
