Host was very great at communicating & polite. Property was clean and comfortable. We stayed here for a girls weekend and was roomy and exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend !!

Beautiful home on the bay. Wonderful backyard bay view.. great place for having coffee in the mornings and watch the sunset! Walkable to stores and restaurants.

this was my first time renting with VRBO. the property lived up ton its description and once we were checked in and received the code all was perfect. the host even delivered garbage bags when i texted him that the house was out of large garbage bags. He personally delivered them to us!we really want to stay here again next year, as it met out family's needs perfectly.

We had a great stay! It is very spacious and was comfortable for a group of friends (9 people). We enjoyed the outdoor patio and the large living room/game room spaces. Not too far from the beach and town of Lavallette. And the perfect spot to go out on the Seaside or Point Pleasant boardwalk.

Beautiful home & great location for families

We had a wonderful time. Our 9 month old, 13yo, and 15yo all enjoyed this home! 9 month old enjoyed the daily quick walk to the playground near by and the teenagers loved the game room and balconies.

This place was FANTASTIC! Very big and spacious, plenty of rooms and bathrooms for multiple families.Great view of the bay in backyard. Close proximity to great beaches. We recommend Ortley beach because they have a free parking lot, public bathrooms and a snack shack. The host was VErY responsive throughout the process. A plus service all around!!!

Beautiful location

We did a 2 night getaway while at a lax tournament. The location was beautiful, the house was great. The host was great with communicating back and forth. There was a power outage and he was very accommodating. The fridge wasn’t working properly and he delivered ice for us. It was very much appreciated!

The house was beautiful and in a great location, on the lagoon and just steps from the sandy beach (with playground equipment) on the bay. The only hitch was that access to the lagoon was a problem because there wasn’t a ladder from the dock to the lagoon (though it was pictured in the photos of the rear of the house). We particularly enjoyed the large main bedroom with access to the porch overlooking the lagoon on the second floor. We were disappointed that beach badges were not included with the rental (another expense to deal with) but all in all the house was great and the week we chose could not have been better, weather wise. Also, the walk to the ocean was easy, so we didn’t have to worry about taking the car and finding parking. For the future, I would look for a house nearby but not on the lagoon to possibly save some money, since we couldn’t use the lagoon anyway. All in all it was a good vacation for our whole family. We had seven people there and in retrospect, we could have gotten by with a smaller house to save .
