Perfect for multigenerational families or two groups traveling together. Enjoy privacy in separate units but gather easily in shared spaces. Guests love being able to walk barefoot to the beach, grill in the backyard, and unwind on private decks under the evening sky. Each unit features:

- Upper unit sleeps 8 (4 bedrooms)
- Lower unit sleeps 6 (3 bedrooms)
- 1 bathroom per unit + 2 outdoor showers for easy beach cleanup
- Private decks & a shared backyard with 2 Weber grills for cookouts
- Free Wi-Fi, 4 SmartTVs, & central air for a comfortable stay

Our extended family had a wonderful stay. Patti’s place is perfect for two families and is very clean and well appointed. Linens and towels, beach badges snd chairs all provided! Plenty of space to host especially with outdoor decks. Very close to the beach and several great places to eat in walking distance. Highly recommend!!

Great spot! Beach is close and not crowded. Property has some outdoor space to hang out. Layout was exactly as described.

Absolutely incredible stay here. The house was better than pictured. VERY spacious. Everything new and clean. Outdoor spaces were perfect. Already want to go back next year

AMAZING!!!!!

Absolutely incredible property and by far the BEST host!! Property is beautiful. Every detail was perfect. So close to a gorgeous beach. Patty is the best !!! She’s friendly, communicative…, it was such an amazing few days and we will 100% be back!!

Amazing property. Beautiful house close to beach and restaurants and food store. Spacious home, beautifully decorated and well laid out. Had everything we needed in terms of appliances, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies, etc.. Loved having the two floors to separate the adult children who stayed up late from the younger children. Lots of great outdoor space as well with two decks and a backyard with firepit. We had a rainy weekend so didn't get to enjoy the outside as much but was grateful to have a cozy inside as well. Fantastic host who communicated well and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Plus, it's just a short drive to two of New Jersey’s most iconic boardwalks: Point Pleasant Beach and Seaside Heights.
