• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. No street parking, blocking of sidewalks, or parking on grass allowed.
• All guests must check-in at the Regal Palms front desk before arriving to the unit for registration. Please Note: A mandatory Resort Fee of $22.50 per night, per unit is due directly to Regal Palms Resort at check-in. This fee grants access to community amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, as well as on-site parking.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located at the entryway and actively monitoring the street/driveway.

Outside of the Regal Palms Resort, there are several options for dining and shopping. Just a short walk away, Berry Town Centre conveniently has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants, and bars. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 8-miles away. • This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
• Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
• Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
