This house was everything we could have hoped for! Plenty of space for everyone!!Kids loved the themed bedrooms, game room, theater room and especially the pool!Parents loved that the pool what "gated" so the littles were kept safe, the extra fridge in the game room and large open living area.

The stay was absolutely amazing! Host was very nice & responded quickly. However I paid for pool heating and the pool was not heated & I had to clean upon arrival. Overal stay was great!

We loved it here! 5 grandkids (ages 5-10) and 7 adults. It was wonderful. The only thing we were displeased with was they wanted to charge 100. to use the grill. We didn't end up using it, but with the price, one would have thought that would have been included. It was not clear. Otherwise, We LOVED it! The pools were so much fun and everyone wants to go back again.

We had a great stay at Mickey’s Mansion. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. The kids loved the game room, the movie theatre room, and both community club/pool areas. The host was responsive to communication.

Stayed here for vacation, very convenient location to hit all the fun spots. The house was clean and matched what was advertised. Check in and check out was very easy and not complicated at all. I was offered support if needed. Owner was clear on everything and made our stay very comfortable. Would 100% book again.

Great place for family

Theater room was key make sure you have your Netflix account ready. Check in was easy nice home arcade room kids loved it. Everything was nice really have no complaints. Plenty of pots pans utensils everything was labeled making it that much better 10/10!!!!

Absolutely Loved the house and all Amenities!

We loved the house, especially the thoughtful details that were added to the upstairs bedrooms. Our Grandkids loved the Frozen and car room and also the Theater room was a big hit and it has the BEST game room we have ever had. Kitchen had everything you hoped was available and more. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic!

We loved the house, beautiful! The house was clean and well maintained. Everything was perfect, the children enjoyed the pool and cinema room! Plenty of room for our family, comfortable beds, and the little ones loved the theme rooms! We contacted the host once concerning the dryer and she responded immediately. Only problem is we ran out of propane two days before departure! Would definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful family holiday!

The house was big enough for what we needed but the house was not kept like it should be. There were lots of spotty repairs. The second day we had to call because the boards fell out of the car bed in the middle of the night waking my son and the boards under the master bed fell out. The dryer was 80% blocked. The knives were the dullest knives I’ve ever used. The can opener was broken. The spoons would break while cooking. The kitchen cabinet door lost a screw by simply opening it. I called once again for a fix but they couldn’t come that day because it was after 5 so they said it would have to hang on one screw until the next day. The process bed upstairs has been repaired so many times the stairs are barely connected to the bed and the slide is going to hurt a kid sliding down. I would not recommend this home to anybody especially for the money we paid. It was a disappointment. The clock in the kitchen didn’t even have batteries that worked.

The place is wonderful. Very safe and clean - for the price. We stayed a weeklong stay during Christmas and we paid and astronomic amount for the privilege. Many of the rooms are themed, very nice! I drooled at the home theater and the Spiderman backlit picture frame! The stay was great and the home did not disappoint. What was disappointing was service. To make changes of travel dates (way in advance) was a nightmare, host kept adding non-existing days to stay for an already expensive home, which added stress to what should have been a stress-less experience. Also, the security guest list verses amenities guest list. Although completed Day 1, I found myself fielding security gate issues weeks later for guests once again for not being let in at appropriate time, and having to reach out to host, which then had to reach out gate security. This time-consuming process was done for every guest on my pre-entered list weeks prior. In other words my stay was great! My service on this particular issue was not. We stayed during Christmas, so it was lengthy guest list. Sadly, this affected my stars above. This is a great place for the money! Just muster your expectations! Disney Rules!

The property was nice. The house was nice. however, there were no wash clothes in the bathroom. One towel per person. We drove a small 15 passenger(size of a small UpS truck) we were not allowed to drive it past the gate. We were told to unload all the players and luggage and food at the gate. If I didn’t have a parent with me, we would had to walk over a mile to get to our house at 10:30 at night. We were told we could park at the Publix down the street. We were also told that our vehicle would not get towed we went out after shopping at Publix and guess what our vehicle was towed. We are now stranded at Publix with groceries about 2-3miles away from the house.After all the hassle of getting our vehicle back, which was after midnight. We finally got our truck back and had to rent a hotel to park our vehicle at for two days. Which then cost us another 200 to have our vehicle parked at a hotel because we couldn’t bring it into the championship gate
