Lovely stay

This is the perfect size home to stay in for a vacation. Extremely clean, with every amenity possible and a great location near the local beach, with plenty of shopping nearby as well as Fisherman’s Wharf and the huge farmers market held on Saturday in Punta Gorda.

Great stay!

The house was clean & comfortable and close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed daily walks to Port Charlotte Beach Park. Communication with the host was excellent.

Great stay at this comfortable property

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at his property which had everything we required to make our stay comfortable. We were familiar with the area and were delighted at its position which allowed us quick access to Punta Gorda and Sarasota as well as local malls and restaurants We would recommend this property without hesitation

Great accommodations!!

Everything was as stated in the listing. The owner even left a list of restaurants which were all excellent. We were very happy with our stay, would recommend to anyone going to Port Charlotte.

Fun in the sun

A lovely property in a great location. We visited Siesta Key, Venice Beach and Gasparilla State Park. Punta Gordy is very close by. The Nature Center is definitely worth a visit with lunch following at Fisherman’s Village. We had a great time!

Our home away from home the last three years. We love it.

Lots of biking, walking, swimming and eating!! We love the set up of the home. Every room has a door to the lanai so we can stay out of each other’s way!!

Perfect get away!

We wanted to escape the harsh Minnesota weather. Brought our bikes and biked the neighborhood and enjoyed Charlotte beach (within walking distance) every day. We are coming back for an extended stay next year!!

GREAT LOCATION

We had a very happy and comfortable 3 month stay. The owners were very helpful when we ran into a couple of issues and promptly took care of things. We were only 1 mile from PC beach park and used their bikes daily. We will be renting from them again next winter.

This place is JUST as described! Quick responses from Marv and Lou. House was pristine!! Would definitely come back again, and recommend to friends and family. Nice, quiet neighborhood. My husband and I can't say enough good things about this stay.

Relaxing in sunshine

Pictures don't do justice to this beautiful home. You can relax in the sunshine or walk by the beach go shopping or eat great food. As the owners are very responsive to any problems that you may have. We definitely plan to go back.

Ken's Florida Get-Away

This VRBO home was perfect for our stay. Ample space, comfortable furniture and bedding, plus the use of the garage for our vehicle was fantastic. Nice quiet neighborhood, with a very nice friendly neighbor we were able to interact with. Virtually minutes away from shopping, restaurants and sight seeing. Our Hosts were great too! Easy to contact AND very responsive to any questions or concerns we may have had. We are definitely keeping this home on our list for future travel endeavors in Florida!!!

Such A Great Area!

This little gem is tucked away in a very safe neighborhood. The house is very well kept and spacious. Stocked with practically everything you could think of needing on vacation. The lanai is an added space of outdoor living which can be accessed from the kitchen, Master bedroom and family room. Port Charlotte is so close to so many things to do and explore. We went to 5 different beaches during our stay that were within an hours drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Work

This house was 5 minutes from where my husband was working. Nice neighborhood. This was a work visit to Port Charlotte so we really didn’t get to sight see or go to beach. If we were in this area again we would love to stay here.

We Enjoyed Our Week Of Relaxation. This Rental Has All The Basics And Is Close ToThe Beach, Pool, Mall, Theater, Meat Market, Grocery Store. Good Neighborhood. I'd Stay Here Again For sure. Great Host. Clean Well Set Up Hous. Lawn Furniture, Grill, Beach Chairs, And Other Goodies.

HARBOR BLVD BEAUTY

The place we stayed April 12-19 was very clean and quaint. It was definitely equipped with everything and anything for our use and location was good. super convenient, clean, and plenty of amenities.

We came to Port Charlotte to meet with a realtor and builders for the Port Charlotte area, and to visit family in Punta Gorda. The location was perfect for both. We were conveniently located to everything. The house was loaded with everything we needed. The temperature during the week was cold, but the temperature in the house was perfect. We had absolutely no problems with the house. We did not have to contact the owners for anything.
