Nice location! Just minutes walking distance from town and from a nice park. One queen bedroom is on the street side so you can hear the cars from the main road. The other queen size bedroom is quiet. A washer and dryer would be great since coming from the beach there are always things to rinse (the showers at all the beaches were shut down because of draught).

This home is just simply beautiful and perfect! The location is perfect as we could walk to the water and park. It was so charming. My father, husband, daughter and I had plenty of space to relax. I especially loved the backyard and patio for my morning coffee! We would love to come back!!!

Excellent communication with the property manager, good location to walk to the shore and restaurants. Nice historic home, great wood floors and well appointed facilities. Centrally located for many wonderful beaches and attractions. Would come back to the area again.

Spotless property and beautiful views, and perfect/location to walk into town! Host was quick to respond to our inquiries. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was great and very responsive. The place was great, nice ocean views. The place was clean and was exactly what the pictures showed. You are close to town, you can actually walk there. Depending how fast you walk takes 5-10 mins. would I stay there again yes I would. If you're looking for a great place to stay with a great host stop looking and go ahead an book you will not be sorry. I am looking forward to stay there again!!!!

Comfortable home, love the original wood floors and doors. Roomy dining area and living room. Convenient to beautiful, historic park on the harbor across the street. Great walking routes. Good parking. Renee was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, beautiful ocean views, across the street from a wonderful oceanfront park with a playground, interesting walking trails and a small sand beach to enjoy. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants but in a quieter area of Gloucester - the best of both worlds. House is well equipped with games, beach gear and even bocce balls (for the courts across the street). Prompt and courteous communication with owner. The house is well maintained and very clean.

We stayed at this house for a week. Great location, quiet neighborhood, beds were confortable and communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again

The location of this rental is outstanding. That is the best part. Beds were uncomfortable for all in our party, and the sheets felt like sandpaper. Poor air circulation in the master bedroom. We had to find a fan and run at night. Very small master bedroom and bathroom……difficult to move around. My husband tightened a hand railing on the stair case that was about to fall off the wall. Be sure to bring ice…only one tray, and it was empty when we arrived. Also, NO washer or dryer. There are rockers on the front porch, which the owner (who lives on the other side of the house) attempted to put under the house on Monday, four days before the approaching storm. Regarding the management company, they took full payment at booking (6 months before our stay). Be prepared, as they stated, “this is their policy.” Trying to get information about accessing the rental came the night before, and included me having to provide photos of the front and back of my drivers license, a facial recognition photo, and signing an extremely lengthy document. This was all required BEFORE I was given access info. I asked a couple of days prior, so that I could share with the other couple coming but was not able to do this. We prefer to print this info before travel, but this wasn’t an option due to their policies. Don’t plan on arriving before 4pm, as the locks are time sensitive. Honestly, we felt like we were treated as criminals. Great location, furnished cheaply. Never again!

The Oceanview Townhouse was wonderful - excellent location walking distance to town and across the street from the town green/beach and walking paths. The house was also very clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities and games. Easy check in and communication with host. A great place to stay in Gloucester!
