✅ Tourism & ID Requirements: As per the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), all guests must provide valid passport copies or Emirates ID and this must be provided 12 hours before check-in. Your personal information is handled securely and in compliance with legal privacy standards.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

✅ No Parties or Events Allowed: In line with community and DET regulations, parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect neighbours and maintain a peaceful environment. Violation may result in penalties ranging from 500 to 1000 AED.

✅ Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted on balconies. Smoking inside the apartment will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit.

✅ Lost Access Cards or Keys: A charge of AED 550 will be applied for each lost access card or key set.
