The host was extremely accommodating with our stay. They worked around our flight schedules and provided early check-in and late check-out. There was always a prompt reply anytime I reached out.I was impressed by the thorough detail in the communication prior to check-in providing property details that we would need. The condo was very nice and provided great convenience for us to cook our own meals rather than having to leave the resort for each meal. There was also a Walmart conveniently within walking distance!It was a great stay and we will definitely consider this property again for any future visits.

The freezer on the fridge did not work. Toilet was stopped up. Not enough bath towels or washcloths. The discharge information should be given upfront because I’m going to get charge for wrist bands I didn’t know I had to return for upcoming visitors.

The condo was nice and in a great location, but I was not given the entry code and had to wait over an hour to get in. The lack of communication was a major inconvenience, and I’m unlikely to use this app again.

The room I paid for was not fully functioning and there are many things that were faulty or just flat out didn’t work. The sliding door next to the refrigerator was broken and the lights in both bedrooms did not work, also the TV in one of the bedrooms is also not working.

The owner was helpful, and the unit was definitely upgraded. He was helpful in accommodating us stowing luggage before our flight, which we appreciated.The building was aging and needed updates. The sewer system in the building caused a bad odor at the door. The AC unit leaked and caused water under the floor boards in the bedroom. (We did make the owner aware before we checked out and he was checking on those items before the next group checked in.) The pool ended up closed while we were there and there was a police presence in the building at least twice (once on our floor only 1 or 2 units from ours). Again, we appreciated the owner and the pictures of the unit were accurate!
