Charming Dog Friendly 2-bedroom house with WiFi, hot tub, and fenced for pets!

Woah! Thanks for the terrible review. First off it’s not a work shop and forcibly forced your way into the second laundry room/ mudroom and the lady that was there was not owner at all. It’s not an active workshop, the lady was fixing the folding table for laundry. The hot tub is shared with the house it clearly says that in the description.. You are beyond disrespectful and completely not an accurate representation and you left the heat on 88 when you left just to be rude. So yeah thanks for being an awful guest.

After all of that and service calls, it turns out that if the AC doesn’t run all day the pipes heat up that are in the attic and it’s extremely hot up there. When the air turns on, the air comes through the vents as hot as it is in the attic. There is central air, the portable AC units are helpers in each room. It has a brand new roof and when it was a metal roof I didn’t have this issue, now it’s a black roof and it gets super hot where all the AC ducts are. I offered the guests to stay at a hotel and refund their stay. It was 76 inside and 85 outside when they arrived. Between the door being open in packing bags annd the AC starting up it wasn’t instantly 68 degrees like they wanted. And when they turned on the AC it heated the house up. I mitigated the issue almost immediately. I understand this was frustrating, but I couldn’t have responded any quicker as I was on site. I also couldn’t have offered a better deal. I try to have the house at temperature using a smart thermostat, when it’s hot outside. It’s not reasonable to keep the house at 68 when no one is there. I’m going to get mini splits for each room to mitigate the temperature fluctuations. Its now fall and AC is no concern. Thank you for your stay.

You are dishonest and not welcome back. You extorted a refund and even said if I gave you a refund you would leave a great review. All your feedback is out of not getting a 33% refund! And honestly you’re my worst guest to date! Can’t believe you troll property’s looking for refunds. I hope I’m the last property you try this with.
