This central and spacious 2-bedroom suite is part of a 4-plex on a quiet residential street in Inglewood/Ramsay, one of Calgary’s trendiest neighbourhoods, one street from the Bow River pathway. With downtown, the Calgary Stampede grounds, and the BMO Centre all just minutes away, this is the perfect spot for business travellers, couples, families, and event-goers!

There is first-come-first-served on-site parking and ample street parking.

Good to know: This is the upper suite of a 4-plex, and the lower suite is occupied. Footsteps and voices carry between floors. Quiet hours are enforced.

- Second Bedroom: Queen bed, perfect for a restful sleep
- Living Room: Queen-size sofa bed, workspace, and smart TV
- Dining Area: Spacious 6-seat dining table for meals or meetings
- Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking and dining in
- Backyard: Currently an active construction site with large bins and is not available for guest use
- Parking: First-come, first-serve on-site parking + plenty of free street parking

Whether you're visiting for business, the Stampede, a concert, or a weekend getaway, our cozy yet stylish suite offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

There are occupants in the lower suite so we always ask all occupants to be respectful and we strictly enforce the quiet hours.

Please note that the backyard area is currently unavailable and cannot be used due to ongoing construction. We kindly ask guests to avoid accessing the backyard area for their safety. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
