Communication with the host was easy. The cabin was clean and comfortable, all our needs were met. It was a perfect home base for our activities in Omaha and Lincoln. Ashland was a gem to explore.

What a fun place to stay!The check in process was super easy and the host very friendly. The property was nice and clean and comfortable. My daughter loved the nearby trails and scavenger hunt.This is a place we would definitely come back to as well as recommended.

This was such a lovely place to spend a couple of days! There was a slight issue with frozen pipes because we had a snowstorm, and the hosts quickly took care of the issue and brought us water to use while it was being fixed. Everyone we came into contact with was so friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend!

Easy check in and host communicated well...the cabin was very clean and everything worked well. We were very happy to find an affordable clean space for UNL graduation. I think it's worth noting that the space is tough for 4 adults. I saw two queen beds and just went check in my mind. But the loft bed ceiling is rough for a second person.

Our family had a great stay at KCR. The Homestead was beautiful. We enjoyed evenings by the fire pit and the scavenger hunts.
