Absolutely beautiful!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation..first time back in many years. First trip to island after the hurricane and Sanibel Arms West definitely was glad we came back here. This unit was absolutely beautiful! Clean, fully stocked kitchen with great appliances and comfortable couch. Loved sitting on patio every day along with the balcony. We will definitely return in the future and stay here.

Unit was perfect! Incredible location and view! Nice amenities of beach chairs, umbrella, and community amenity of pickleball and tennis. We loved our stay and would book again!

This unit was perfect and helped us have a wonderful vacation! Everything was very clean and all of the appliances were very new! We loved the refridgerator's 2 kinds of ice! The washer and dryer must have been brand new. The view was beautiful. It was nice that when it got so hot I had to come in but could still see the beautiful water from inside. The walk to the beach was maybe 3 minutes and there was a walkway making the walk easier. There were people with lots of kids next to us and below us. We never heard them inside. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our time in Sanibel was made complete by this wonderful property! Everything about this condo was exceptional. Impeccably clean and the most comfortable beds. Every detail was covered a very well stocked kitchen and the decor was absolutely beautiful. We found this location to be right in the middle of everything. The beach was easily accessed. This property has everything you need from umbrellas to beach chairs, bikes and grill stations. We loved our stay here and have already talked about booking our next getaway here! Absolutely amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo itself—it was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and offered the perfect amount of space. The furniture was very comfortable, and the location is hard to beat with the beach and a wonderful heated pool just steps away.However, our stay was significantly impacted by major hardscaping and construction. While we were notified of "landscaping" upon arrival, it turned out to be heavy construction and tree removal. Chainsaws and heavy machinery operated throughout the day, often starting at 7:00 AM directly outside our door. During the week, a power line was accidentally cut; while we understood it was a mistake, the power was later shut off for two hours for repairs without any notice. Additionally, the path to our unit was frequently blocked by dirt and debris. We tried to be flexible given the ongoing 2022 hurricane recovery, but the constant noise and lack of communication were disappointing.
