We were very pleased with the neatness , cleanliness & attractive decor of the condo. we stayed at in Loggerhead Cay on Sanibel Island. In addition, we were very impressed with our host June, who was attentive, friendly, helpful & generally engaged in being sure that we were happy & informed for our visit.

wonderful condo!

Comfortable, clean, quiet and well furnished for a great stay on Sanibel! Perfect for a family of four. Love the location on the lighthouse end of the island; easy to bicycle to and from this spot. Very easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again!

Many thanks for staying at my tropical home and for submitting a review. Yes, my home is very comfortable, and it has many timeless treasures from my travels around the world. My guests love that style and tell me that my condo feels like a home, and not a rental. I stay there several times a year to make everything perfect. In the past few months I have replaced many of the major appliances. They do not last very long at the beach. I am in the process of replacing cabinets, etc.. This is taking some time, as I only want the best quality products and the best contractor on the island. It will be outstanding! I hope that you will return again next year to see my completed remodel. Many thanks.

Beautiful place in Paradise!

What a lovely place! Lots of room for two people! Tastefully decorated, just enough to celebrate a week by the beach, post Covid. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We liked the size of the condo, the decor, and the high ceilings with no one above us. The elevator was handy and the covered charging station for e-bikes was helpful. The kitchen had everything you need. The grounds are pretty. The host was very responsive. We plan to come back!

Great place’

Nice place. 5 minutes from the beach. Could use a new mattress in the main bedroom! Like sleeping on a rock!

Hi Deborah! Many thanks for your five star review! Also thanks for your suggestion about the mattress. As a wife of a chiropractor, we would always purchase firm mattresses, as they worked great for the many people with back problems. I just contacted a recent guest, who had stayed at my place for a month, to inquire about the mattress in the master. He said that the mattress there helped his back, and upon his return, he bought the same kind for his own home. Still, I want you and all of my guests to have optimum comfort. I am researching the mattresses toppers that can be used for guests that prefer a softer mattress. I will be at The Tropical Penthouse in a few weeks and will check this out immediately. I value my guests and take their comments seriously. I wish that I had known your feelings about the mattress during your stay, as my management company and I would have made sure that you had very comfortable sleeping arrangements. The beach, Our Happy Place

My husband and I stayed here with my sister in law and her husband. The condo is tastefully decorated and had plenty of room. Our beds were comfortable! There were 4 beach chairs and it’s a short walk to the beach. We even enjoyed the pickleball courts.

Wonderful host and rental property!

This place was so beautiful and access to beach was great! June stayed in touch with us to see how things were going! ( we have never had an owner do that- great touch!) Condo had updated bathrooms and kitchen! We had great weather and a great time! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Perfect stay in paradise

Loved this condo! Spacious and very comfortable in a wonderful setting with ocean view. The condo complex was beautiful with easy access to major sites and restaurants. The lanai was such a pleasant area for eating and relaxing. The owner, June, was responsive and delightful. Couldn’t have picked a better place for this magical island. Highly recommend.

Sanibel at its best

The condo was beautiful! Wish we had a beach cart to carry chairs and umbrella to beach. (Senior citizens). Weather was perfect! Sad to see all the damages from hurricanes

Outstanding!

We love Sanibel and looked forward to our first time back since Ian. We cannot say enough about how accommodating our host was and over the top attentive to all our needs. This condo is everything the description states and more. We felt relaxed and at home as soon as we arrived.

Unique at the beach

Caribbean feel at the beach, very clean, comfortable beds, short walk to the sand. The second bedroom was warm so we did buy a fan (which we left in the closet)

This was such a wonderful trip. Me and my 6 year old daughter stayed for 7 days. The condo was so amazing, comfortable, spotlessly clean, stocked with anything random things you may need, and beautiful!!! Perfect room for 4 guests, so VERY spacious for just me and my daughter. Close proximity to the beach; maybe a 2 min walk. Nice pool! Zero complaints. Will definitely plan to revisit next year!

Wonderful!

Staying at this lovely place was so great! It was immaculate and had every single thing we could have needed. The location is fantastic. It is just a short walk to the beach. Our stay was so quiet which was wonderful. The beds are extremely comfortable. June (property owner) was so sweet. She checked in to make sure we were okay. Our intentions are to return next year. We loved staying at the Tropical Penthouse, true paradise❤️

Thoroughly Enjoyed

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen has everything you need to bring your own food and cook it there which is nice during these covid times. The lanai was a great surprise. We loved having the glass doors open and enjoy the breeze as we enjoyed our meals. This is a very spacious 2 bedroom condo allowing us all to spread out. The walk to the beach was easy.

Ideal vacation home base

June was such a wonderful, sweet host and her condo is beautiful! It has so much character, a sparkling newly renovated kitchen, blissful air conditioning, an amazing quiet location, and access to pool and beach right outside the door! My family and I really enjoyed every moment of our time and June was so helpful. I highly recommend Sanibel and if you can snag this spot, you'll be right at home. June's style is so fun and has so much more personality than most places. It's just the right size for 4 adults, and the facilities are unbeatable. We will look forward to coming back one day soon!

Paradise

A beautifully decorated condo with everything we needed. The owner, June, provided excellent assistance when we had to evacuate due to hurricane Milton, and when we were seeking to return. Took real personal interest in our situation and nothing was too much. A big thanks to Susan at Royal Shell who went above and beyond when we needed help to ensure a prompt return to Sanibel. All in all a great experience despite the worst Milton could throw at us.

The Smith Family Favorite Vacation Spot

What a Wonderful Trip we had last week at Sanibel-Capitiva Island!! Your Condo is Beautiful and was everything you said it would be!! We didn't want for anything because you had it all. Very Cozy and Confortable! The day we arrived my husband took a much needed catnap on the Lanai. June was so sweet and easy to talk with. We also recommend a trip with Captiva Cruises to Caya Costa Island. Well worth the money. The guides and staff were very nice and the island was so nice. Great Shelling in Crystal Clear waters and saw Dolphins on the way. Perfect Day and a Perfect Trip!!!
