This is the condo we live in about 10 months of the year until we travel for a couple of months during the summer. This condo is well taken care of for summer visitors. Portofino is a special place so I'm glad all went well, and you enjoyed your visit. It will be ready for your stay next year so hurry back!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just as described. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our seven day stay. The resort is also great and has lots of great amenities.

Stunning views. Beautiful. Comfortable.

This beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped condo was everything we hoped for and more. The furnishings are lovely, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the view from the balconies are stunning! Hope to visit again soon.

Portofino Find!

This condo was perfect for my family! It was very clean and the amenities on the property were great! Dave was very responsive to my questions.

Families always enjoy the condo and all the resort amenities like the pools and the water adventure park on the bay. The housekeeping team does a super cleaning job and they are checked by a meticulous QA person to make sure it's done right. Sounds like you enjoyed your visit and I hope you can come back again.

Great experience

The condo was clean, and well kept. It was just as it appeared in the online pictures with great views and a wonderful layout with plenty of space. The electric grill was easy to cook with and the food came out delicious. A great stay!

Nice place and great views

We had an enjoyable stay. The condo was fine. The couches were not great and the master shower leaked out quite a bit but overall no real complaints. The Portofino complex is pretty neat and great for families.

Glad you had an enjoyable visit to our Portofino condo. The views are great from the balcony and bedroom 9-foot-tall windows. We plan to replace the one loveseat late this summer. When we replaced the master bath shower tiles recently, the frameless shower doors were reinstalled with a little gap between the door which we will correct.

Very nice

Very nice condo in an excellent complex. Unit offers a good view of the Gulf and a partial view of the bay. Plenty of room and a relaxing unit. Great location for beach access, good restaurants (especially Grand Marlin, Flounders, and Peg Leg Pete's) and reasonable drive to mall, Barnes & Nobles and Naval Aviation Museum. Excellent grocery store nearby in Gulf Breeze. This was our 7th visit to the Portofino Resort and we will return again.

Great location

Overall, nice condo with great views and great location. Unit and furniture somewhat dated. Did not have sheets that fit the pull out bed/couch. Only complaint really.

Thank you for coming and glad you liked the condo and the gulf front location. Sorry about the sheets but if there is ever a problem just call the front desk and they will direct the right resources from the resort staff. Each guest in my condos have 24/7 access to the housekeeping and maintenance personnel.

Fabulous Spring Break Location!

This was my family's first time in Pensacola Beach. We have traveled many places and often to Destin. This property is our new favorite destination! The condo was luxurious and the beds were so comfortable. I had the best sleep ever! This condo has one of the best views in the complex with every room overlooking the ocean and the balcony overlooking the sound, the pool and the bay. There's nothing better to wake up to than ocean outside. It's also conveniently located outside the door to the trash room with recycling containers and a trash chute. My teenage son and his 2 friends enjoyed the extra adventure package which included bike rental, paddle boards, kayak rental, extra. I highly recommend paying for the package after you book, it was worth the money. We definitely will be back to visit since Pensacola Beach doesn't have Destin's traffic and crowds and hopefully Dave's unit will available when we return. Thank you for our wonderful time!

Great place for family

Easy check in, great location, really nice condo. This was the first time we stayed in a vacation rental and it was great. Very spacious unit with a fantastic view, convenient location with lots of onsite amenities and activities.

The 28-foot long balcony and 9-foot tall windows in the living room and both bedrooms overlooking the Gulf of Mexico beach is pretty fantastic. Hope to see you again.
