With it's bright corner layout, direct beach access and thoughtful extras like beach toys, boogie boards, beach towels and a small, beautifully maintained public garden providing picnic tables and grilling stations just across our little road, this condo is designed for relaxing, unwinding and making lasting memories with family and friends.

In an effort to preserve the peaceful, laid-back feel of our neighborhood, The City of Myrtle Beach has thoughtfully limited the supply of public parking in our neighborhood. Appealingly, for our guests, this means miles beach with less crowds, greater safety and less chaos. This is a space where you can enjoy a more relaxing and rejuvenating beach getaway complete with the security of a seasonal lifeguard within sight. While still very centrally located and conveniently, only minutes away from all of Myrtle Beach's world-class golf courses, restaurants, shopping and our other countless attractions, when your day is done, you'll enjoy peaceful, restful nights as you fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the sea.

Other details to note:
• The building has an elevator; however, there is a short flight of stairs (6–8 steps)
required to access it
• Pack ’n Play and high chair are available upon request
• The pool is not heated
• Please follow all posted pool rules and guidelines
• Children must be supervised at all times in pool areas
• The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk is approximately 3–4 miles (about a 10-minute drive)
south of the condo

Parking
* Since public parking is limited, you'll enjoy a less crowded, more peaceful
area of beach
• One dedicated parking space assigned to the unit
• Please only park in the assigned space to avoid towing
• Additional first-come, first-served parking available in the front brick area
• No motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs or oversized vehicles allowed

Booking & Occupancy:
-The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must be present at the property
for the duration of the stay
-Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

• No smoking anywhere on the property, including inside the home, balcony and
pool/common areas
• No parties or events allowed
• No pets allowed
• Please respect the home and neighbors at all times
* Please note: Our wonderful cedar porch swing is available to guests on a
voluntary basis. It is to be used responsibly and for intended purposes only. It's
weight limit is 400 lbs. and guests are enjoying it at their own risk
