This beautiful complex is located on 13 acres that was originally the Ocean Forest Hotel, a South Carolina landmark, in the Pine Lakes area. It is located at 5601 N. Ocean Blvd. and considered by locals as one of the most beautiful beaches on the Grand Strand.

There are 1,000 feet of white sand beach for family fun or a relaxing walk. The complex has 2 pools and 2 Jacuzzis. The master suite has a queen bed, a magnificent new private bath, and opens to the private deck. The second bedroom has 2 twin xl beds with new mattresses and a large bathroom with tub/shower.

Our condo is easily considered the best location in Ocean Forest Villas.
This is a second floor beachfront unit so the views of the beach are wonderful. This unit is also a corner unit so you will only have neighbors on one side. Your beachfront unit also overlooks the pool and sundeck. Only a handful of units at Ocean Forest Villas have a similar premium location.

Plenty of free on-site parking. Great shopping nearby at Tanger Outlets. Publix, Lowes, and Fresh Market near as well. Great golf right across from the entrance at Pine Lakes.

If you prefer there is a nice sidewalk for running or walking as well as a parcourse for exercise.

This was my second stay in this unit. It's wonderful! Clean, well stocked, and oceanfront! You can't ask for much more. The owner is wonderful to deal with and he is an excellent communicator.

The condo was as advertised. Clean, beautiful decor and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Just a short walk across the street to the beach, and the pool is right outside the building. I highly recommend this property and you will not be disappointed...

By far the best host we have ever booked with. This is our second booking at this condo because we loved it so much the first time. The view is incredible, The communication with Joe is 10/10. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms are remodeled and beautiful. Although I will say I thought the master shower lacked the pressure I like, my husband thought it was fine. I just prefer a little more, but it did the job. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. We will def be back. Was very sad to leave. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

This unit was beautiful! We’ve stayed in various units at Ocean Forest Villas for the past 15 years, but never had a unit as nice as this one. The master bath has been totally reconfigured and enlarged making this a true luxury resort. Granite counters, tile showers, and many decorative touches made this unit a pleasant surprise. We especially enjoyed the bright living room due to extra windows in this corner unit. We will definitely keep this one at the top of our list for next year.

The place was soo nice, the Host was quick to reach an easy to talk to with the simplest of questions. And my VIEW!!! wow that was the BEST ocean front unobstructed view only had to cross the street and walk to the sand and put out our chair !! It also has beautiful clean tile bathrooms and one with a Rock wall. Juge tv in the living room and the bedroom as well. Love loveed it !!Would recommend it to anyone wanting a Nice place and the Perfect view.B and AKernersville

Myrtle Beach is in the center of all activities. This unit is easily considered the best location in all of Ocean Forest Villas. It is BEACH FRONT, close to dining, shopping, and golf. If you prefer there's a nice sidewalk for running or walking as well as a parcourse across the street.

This condo is Ocean Front, not a side view. It is also a corner unit overlooking a sundeck on the side. You only have neighbors on one side. The views are of the ocean, pool and sundeck.
