Welcome to Lake Norman Living! Be one of our first guests to this wonderful two level home with a private heated pool & separate hot tub! This home is loaded with amenities including a converted game room garage with ping pong, foos ball and shuffleboard table - and with 1 of the 6 SMART TVs located throughout the home! Enjoy a nice, relaxing trip on the lake through one of the four kayaks provided free to our guests - two adult and 2 youth kayaks - or turn up the competition with a game of corn hole! At night, settle in near the firepit and reconnect with your friends and family! Have a boat or jet ski - pull up and tie them up to the private dock.....or interested in renting a Tritoon? Let us know as we have a partner that will deliver the boat to the dock and pick it up when your reservation is complete - super convenient!

Please Note: The pool is heated to 81 degrees between April 15th and October 15th each year - please contact us if you are interested in heating the pool outside of this window of time as we MAY be able to offer heating at an additional price; will be weather and temperature dependent.

This home, like many on Lake Norman, is on a private septic system - we have 5 rooms with beds for flexible sleeping with the house having a 3 bedroom septic system.

The host of this house is absolutely amazing. They were very quick to respond to me and extremely polite. I would go as far as to say sweet. I would absolutely recommend this place. We will be coming back here.

Property was as advertised and was in excellent condition. On a quiet cul-de-sac, beautiful cove and close to big water. Grocery shopping nearby. My family of 8 adults and 5 kids fit in house comfortably. House was well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a weekend, a week or more.

Overall, this house served our family of 10 of multiple generations perfectly. The pool was key for the young kids and the view to the lake was amazing with great sunsets. Although we had a small hiccup with the AC, the responsiveness was incredible and fixed by the evening. The house is clean, well appointment and made for a great week for our family vacation.

House was great, kitchen was pretty well-equipped and had everything we needed. The pool and dock were great and the host was quick to come out and take a look at the pool when there was a minor issue. Few minor repairs are needed but maybe it's because we rented at the end of the season .

We had an amazing weekend at this house! From the moment we stepped in we were surprised by how pretty and clean the house is. It looks better than in the pictures!! The design, organization and layout of the house are perfect, and there is everything you need for cooking. The view from the windows is so peaceful and breathtaking. We were 2 families in the house with a total of 3 kids and we had a great weekend. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and grill and we highly recommend this house for a weekend getaway with friends and family.

Our stay on Lake Norman at Breaking Badger was phenomenal. The property was exactly as described and met every need. It was very well stocked with many of the essentials which was greatly appreciated. Our five granddaughters particularly enjoyed the pool. In fact, it was sometimes a challenge to get them out of the pool for bed. The game room was also a hit with the girls. If you're looking for a place to bring the family, I would highly recommend staying at Breaking Badger.
